I stayed here one night waiting for my family to arrive at the airport the next day. The hotel was fine and the grounds are lovely. I have nothing negative to say about the room, it was clean and an adequate size. I chose it due to the airport shuttle service which worked great.

We stayed here just one night at the end of our trip to be near the airport. Big mistake! Since we have a child and a baby we asked for a room on the first floor that was easy to access with all of our luggage and gear we had to haul. The woman at the desk was very rude... More

Upon arrival, the front desk person made rude comments about other guests to us. There was leftover food from the previous guest in the mini-fridge. The one ice machine for the entire hotel was on the opposite side of the building in the laundry room. The bathroom was carpeted....with very dirty carpeting. The key card did not work for the... I wasn't sure whether to stay at this hotel based on some of the reviews, but I don't think it is as bad as some people have made it out. It was by no means the worst hotel I have stayed it, but it was neither the best. The good things: I think that the front desk staff was friendly... More

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Not a destination in itself, but near the airport and everything you need to buy before heading out to where you really want to go; try it if you're flying in late, or flying out early. It does have an attractive courtyard and sandy/rocky strip of beach that's nice enough for a stroll, watching the sunrise light... More

I stayed here for one night and that was enough. It came with a package deal included with the flight. Big mistake! The morning breakfast was utterly repulsive, the room was so stuffy and uncomfortable. Just like a motel but worse! The staff not exactly friendly, the location horrible. Where is the beach? This location primarily served as a landing... More

The room was an adequate size and clean and we were there for the last 5 nights of our vacation. Next time we'd only stay for a night or two. They do not provide coffee machines in the rooms...what's that about. If I'd known that I'd have bought a cheap coffeemaker at Walmart...would have cost me less. I wake up... More

We felt like we really got lucky with this hotel. The breakfast that was included was actually good. Lots of fresh papaya and pineapple. There was always bacon and some kind of sausage (german, or links or country - we saw them all!), scrambled eggs and wheat or white toast. They had cereal and juices. They even had waffles ...... I didn't have very good expectations going in, due to the reviews. Stayed a couple of nights waiting for our condo in kihei to be ready. Hotel is old and needs a little updating. The pool was much better than I expected. It is situated where it gets sun all day. Lots of restaurants, whole foods, a mall and a... More

We read the reviews and booked for one night as a sleepover before we moved over to Wailea - it was much better than expected - staff polite and helpful - room clean - ok it is what it is - but no complaints for one night or so - it's still Maui !!!
