We got in Maui at 10 pm so booked a room here the day before our hotel was ready. I didn't realize their shuttle quit at 9pm so we had too take a cab for $15. Because we checked in so late they did not charge us for resort fee. The room was smaller than I thought it would be... More

I wasn't expecting anything fancy when I booked here but it was a little more run down than I had expected. The hallway carpets were in pretty bad shape but otherwise it seemed clean. We were in the wing by the road and there was a lot of road noise until late at night. The staff were mostly helpful. There... More

Look, this is a beach hotel. It's a bit worn, but really not a bad place to stay. I did four days here, though was not in my room much. The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent. The location is good, being close the airport and shopping. It about 17 miles to Lahaina, the real Maui but the... More

Sad that this prime piece of property is kept up so poorly. Room was dirty. My feet got filthy walking barefoot on the room carpet. Carpets in the hall just nasty. No luggage carts, skimpy towels, no pen-no paper pad, ironing board wouldn't stand up (dangerous), pool is run down. Flooring throughout hotel discolored and coming up. A/C filter disgusting.... We stayed one night, it's pretty pricey. We paid $198.00 for a room with 2 double beds. The thing that disappoints me is the use of styrofoam which gets a single use and then is thrown away, don't they know that styrofoam doesn't decompose. Ever. I encourage management to change to a reusable ice bucket. Otherwise, the room was very... More

They lie to you! The room is disgusting and bathroom stinks. The bed bend to one side you can lay down straight. They... More

The building is old and suffering from the ravages of a tropical climate. The exterior is deteriorating, the hallways need gutting and redoing. The interior of the room was clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly, but not competent - they couldn't figure out how to schedule a taxi to the airport, I still don't have a receipt... More

We stayed five nights on Maui without a car and our agent put us in this hotel in Kahului because it was close to the airport, bus station and mall. With hindsight we should have travelled further out as neither the hotel or town were wonderful for more than an overnighter. The room facilities were fairly basic with polystyrene cups... More

We stayed here two nights: our first and then our last night on Maui. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is why we chose it. We reserved a Ocean View Room on the hotel;s website for both nights and got a good rate: $134, including tax for each night. The online reservation process required payment for one... More

I stayed here for one night. The location was close the malls and only about 10 minutes from the airport. The employees were friendly. The hotel was clean and pretty quiet. It's basic, but covers what is needed. And it does have good access to the little beach in back.
