I paid in advance for this hotel and when I got there, they "clipped" me for an extra parking fee ($5.00 per day) and resort fee ($10.00 per day). The resort fee is a joke. This place is hardly a resort. The rooms were okay, but not the "clean" that I am used to. The air conditioning unit was a... More

If your not looking for anything fancy then this is the place to stay. Conveniently located across from the mall. But if you want the ocean, you will have to travel pretty far. I wouldn't recommend this place for tourists. It's more for locals coming from the other islands. The last room we stayed in, the shower was low pressure... More

First, I would like to preface that I am the queen of searching out "cheap and cheerful" hotels. We went to a wedding on Maui, and the bride and groom gave a choice of three hotels, which we assumed they had researched beforehand. One was SERIOUSLY expensive, the other went out of business, and the Maui Beach Hotel was the... More

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Would not even recommend for a one night stay. Extremely dirty and was relieved to not see any roaches or bugs for how poorly this place is maintained!

I only spent 1 night in this hotel because all other hotels were full and I needed something close to the airport. - 1/ It was way too expensive for the quality of the hotel: $189 before taxes! - 2/ On top of that they ask you pay $100 deposit + $10 amenities (for stuffs I didn't use: Fitness center,... First of all, there were ants in our room when we checked in. They were crawling all over the nightstand, and there was one on the bathroom sink as well. We asked to switch rooms but were told that they could only move us to a suite, which would cost twice as much as we had already paid. Most hotels,... More

Don't believe the hotel photos! The hotel is so old, dirty and gloomy! Rooms are nasty, curtains covered with disgusting spots (have no idea where those spots come from). Our first room was facing the parking spot, very dark room. And that was our first night in Maui. I was disappointed big time. There is no swimming pool at all... More

We had a flight that was arriving at 10pm - which actually didn't arrive until 10:15 pm. after getting the luggage and rental car, it ended up being 11:15pm. If you're staying at a condo or resort or something that's a little more fancy, save a night there and stay here! This place is super close to the airport, like... More

To be fair about this negative review this is a decent 2 start hotel. Everything was comfortable and clean except for the hallways filling with smoke all day from smokers in the stairwell. I just feel scammed after booking through Priceline and charged a "mandatory per night resort fee for: DVD player, game player, newspaper, bad coffee, telephone and Wifi.... More

We stayed for two nights and the experience was unforgettable, in the extent of how this stay disappointed us. I assume most positive reviews came from people staying in the most expensive rooms. We booked standard room. It was on the first floor, small and gloomy. The only window faced the driveway in front of the lobby. About the service,... More
