We stayed at the Hana Cabana for two nights, and found it a great place to call home. It is spacious and airy, with large windows facing out into the flower farm. Even after a flower harvest day, we saw birds-of-paradise, red and pink ginger, avocado trees, hibiscus, and lots of heliconia, which were fun to sketch from the lanai.... More

The setting is stunning inside the jungle Complete with rainforest, rain, birds, and rain The great Lanai provides a great place to watch the rain come down and a small hot tub to keep warm in. Great clean cottage that has beach towels, small gas BBQ grill, gas stove/oven, large fridge, shower and TV I would ask if the Queen... More

I brought my elderly father and cousin along on a trip to Hana and wanted to find a nice place to stay overnight. There were a few places that were less $$ but this place kind of had it all. I found it to be beautiful, private and very nicely maintained. The hot tub was a nice plus and it... More

Tradewinds Cottage is in a lovely quiet spot. It is well-appointed, has comfortable beds and is very clean. Only complaint would be that the shower went cold after a very few seconds.Maybe that is a subtle way of getting people to save water! Lovely flowers abound. Pricey.

We stayed overnight in the Tradewinds Cottage. It was clean and had all the amenities one could want. The vegetation surrounding the cottage is lush and lovely, and the sound of the nearby birds was peaceful.

We stayed in the Hana Cabana Feb 24-26 and absolutely loved it! It was exactly as advertised and expected. Well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Only minor issue is the wireless internet was pretty much non-existent, the only place I could pick up a connection was outside on the corner of the deck but for us that wasn't a problem. We... We stayed in Hana Cabana on 18-24 January and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The cottage was equipped with everything you need. I would suggest stocking up on food/drink before you get to Hana, as local prices are quite steep and choice is limited. Don't buy avocados! If you're lucky you'll be able to find a fresh one every day!... More

This was a large one room cottage with all amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. We were there for 2 nights-April, 2013 and there were no bugs-just a few geckos on the lanai-fun to look at. We enjoyed taking close-up photos of the beautiful flowers-our first time in Hawaii. We were happy that we stayed in Hana 2 nights-gave us a... More

We stayed three nights in the cabana of the Tradewinds Cottages. Very cordial greeting upon arrival. Lots of helpful hints, suggestions, maps, directions from our host. Our cozy cottage with all the necessary amenities was delightful. Wireless Internet was a bit of a challenge and cell service mostly unavailable, but no big deal. An easy drive to Hana Town or... This is a nice place, but could use a little decor. The outside grounds are amazing, the owners are nice and helpful. It's a very peaceful quiet place, just outside of town but within easy driving distance to most attractions around Hana. The hot tub was nice and is a good place to relax in the rainforest. The cottage itself... More
