My wife and I stayed 2 nights prior to our driving the road to Hana. What an excellent stay. The grounds are very well kept and our room was very nice, bright, airy, and very clean. I would highly recommend! It's a great launching place so you can drive the Road to Hana bright and early.

I stayed at the Haiku Cannery B&B while visiting my daughter who lives nearby. The B&B is a lovely peaceful place. It was only slightly off the beaten path, perfectly quiet and comfortable. My "Sunrise Room" was spacious, well appointed, had a fabulous bathroom, great sitting area, and large closet. The bed was great, coffee was plentiful, breakfast yummy, views... More

My husband and I and our two children (ages 3 and 4) stayed in the cottage May 2, 2014 for 5 nights. The cottage is bright, airy and surrounded by lush greenery. It was a relaxing place to come back to and relax. The kids were well entertained by the toys in the bedroom, excitedly pointing out the geckos that... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We chose it to be our base when we were visiting Hana and Halekala and it was very convenient. The host welcomed us when we arrived there and showed us around. We didn't really get to experience the house since we left early morning on both days and returned... More

I'm glad that you enjoyed your short two day stay at Haiku Cannery Inn. I apologize that your breakfast was not ready the second day before you left at 5am. You're right that I didn't know you were leaving so early. I was surprised to see that you were gone when I got up at 6am to fix breakfast for... More

Stayed in the Bamboo Suite for several days and would happily return again. The "suite" is like a separate cottage, entirely charming, and well equipped. A warm welcome from the owner Benni, and luscious breakfasts (especially the fruit!) delivered to the door. A secure-feeling location with lovely grounds, and an excellent base for exploring the uplands and North Shore (including... More

We loved our stay here. We stayed in the Malia room and it was beautifully decorated, very clean, very comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom. The house is very very nice, and the grounds are beautiful (even though it rained for most of our stay). Benni is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for the road to... More

This place is so cozy and comfortable that you won't feel staying away from home.it's close to the airport, hana highway, twin falls, paia, beach etc. The cottage has lot of facilities(like fully stocked kitchen, iMac with printer etc) to offer and the morning breakfast is fresh... Lovingly restored plantation manager's house on a beautifully landscaped property located on the way to Haleakula, Paia, Makawao or Hana. This is perfect for those who are adventurous and not looking for a beachfront vacation. I stayed in the Malia room which was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable for a single traveler.

Great house, great service and great people. The cottage is beautiful, nicely furbished and very quite in a beautiful garden. No noise except the ones from the nature. We arrived one day later because of flight issues and they compensate that missing night although nothing forced them and without even asking. I can only highly recommend them.

We have been to Maui twice, and both times, we stayed in the Meadow Cottage at the Haiku Cannery Inn. The second time, some of our party stayed in the B&B (Sunset and Mali Rooms), and they loved it. Benni and her (small) staff are very helpful and responsive, answering several emails from me prior to the trip. They were... More
