Hard to add anything to some of the generous reviewers that have gone before me but I can't emphasize enough what perfect experience this was on Maui. Chris and Susan have created an outstanding Bed and Breakfast destination including a comfortable, secluded location, delicious breakfasts (even the parsley!), sage advice, and beautiful grounds. I can't actually think of anything I... More

My husband and I stayed at the Windward Garden B&B a few weeks ago. We spent a week in Maui - we stayed in Lahaina at a rented condo for the first half and at Windward Garden for the second half. We selected Windward garden because of the awesome reviews and because we wanted to be able to conveniently explore... More

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The house is beautiful and the hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is also really good with lots of fresh fruit and home cooked hot dish. The location is very secluded, but still relatively close to Paia and also a good spot to start a tour of Hana highway. We would highly recommend... More

What a perfect home! Having grown up on Oahu, I have seen my fair share of beautiful settings but Windward Garden B&B is simply a dream. Beautiful location a short drive from the ocean cliffs, surrounding lush gardens, comfy bed, and incredible hosts. The breakfast every morning was fantastic! Fresh and delicious...so good. Susan and Chris are amazingly talented and... More

If it is true when they say that the journey is the destination, in this case the road through the lovely agricultural vista that leads to the Windward Garden B&B foretells the beauty that awaits you when you arrive. The location is divine; overlooking the Cliffs of the North Shore, near the Hana Highway, with views of the Haleakala Volcano.... More

Gotta give this place 5 stars. My wife was going to book us at some "hotel near the airport" because we were on a budget. I said "I wonder if we could find a little bed and breakfast place for $150./night" So I did a little web search, and here we are. Anyway, the place was down a long-ish bumpy... More

We were trying to get away from the typical tourist accommodation in Hawaii and found it here!! The drive to the BnB gave us a sense of being part of the Hawaii known only to locals. The drive to the place was an adventure and set the stage for what was our own personal rainforest. The house is well appointed... More

During our Honeymoon in Maui, we left two unplanned nights open to explore the west side of the island. We stumbled upon Windward Gardens, gave them a call, they had availability, we booked the room. The place was gorgeous. Chris, the owner/husband had built the house himself. I'll leave the story for him to tell on your visit, but suffice... More

We decided to stay for a whole week while in Maui on our honeymoon. We were in the studio cottage the first two nights and then the master suite for the next 5. It was perfect! I would recommend staying in the main house to be able to partake in the breakfast. Chris and Susan were so kind and fun... More

We loved the energy and fun of the Westin and Sheraton at Kaanapali, but were equally impressed with the beauty and outdoorsy adventures available on this side of Maui. Chris and Susan were wonderful, the property is gorgeous, and the cottage was modern and perfect. This bnb is first class, and I highly recommend you stay in Haiku and reserve... More
