We traded our timeshare for this Kauai property. Our units floor plan was ideal for a family with young adults. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture is in need of updating. The condo was in good condition and generally clean, except the toenail parings on the floor. However, the people directly below us smoked cigars day and night.
