We booked our trip in this unit on VRBO. After much research it seemed like an excellent deal for our Princeville stay. Darla was prompt with getting back to me and pleasant to work with. We didn't arrive at the condo until 10pm but received a call from the property manager shortly after to make sure all was okay. All... more

We were here for two nights --- and upon first glance, the place was really nice, pretty clean (though old), and the icing on top of the cake was the ocean view. Right outside our balcony (we were only a few yards from the cliff) was the ocean, and everyday you can watch a beautiful sunset. It was really amazing.... more

This was our third time at Pali Ke Kua. The views are still amazing across Hanalei Bay. We have spent time looking around Princeville at other options and have found nothing that compares for the money. These condos are older but our unit (224) is always clean. Some of the units have been redone and look new. Beach chairs, boogie... more

This is a condo. We booked our room through Ahh Aloha Vacation Rentals. Other units at this property are available through Marc Resorts (I think). We stayed in unit 202. It was one in from an end unit and close to the road, but we did not notice any traffic noise. Beautiful ocean view and great breezes. Two bedrooms, one... more

I spent 8 days on Kaua'i last month with two clsoe friends. We rented a two bedroom condo at Pali Ke Kua. Our unit was a second floor level, with amazing, unobstructed view of Bali Hai and the Ne Pali Cliffs. The apartment was large and airy, with plenty of good ventilation, despite not having a/c. We found we didn't... more

In trying economic times this place can't be beat. We are a family of four with two small children who stayed in unit #244. Our unit was excellent and dialed in with everything you need to support a condo vacation experience. Top flight beds, linens, comfy elegant decor, flat screen, dvd, cable, strong wi-fi, beach gear (masks/snorkle/fins/body boards/cooler/guide books) great... more

We were married on Kauai in 2001, so we like to go back every year. We own a time share condo up in Princeville, at Alii Kai. Since it is such a long trip for us from Missouri, we like to stay 10 days or so when we can. This month we stayed at Alii Kai for the 7 days... more

We worried that the photos were too good. The condo was exactly as described and as the photos showed it. We were incredibly pleased with the the views of Bali Hai, the hidden beach down the pathway, the extremely well-equipped kitchen and the comfort of the bed. We also were amazed at the Closet of Wonder: everything (and I mean... more

My husband and I recently stayed at Pali Ke Kua #202 with another couple with whom we travel. We LOVED the quiet Princeville location of this condo, and it matched and exceeded the expectations we had based on the photos provided by the owner. The layout is perfect for privacy, with two master suites on different levels. The lanai provides... more

I had seen an earlier review of #224 at Pali Ke Kua. I (we) couldn't more heartily recommend it as a place to stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 floors. We spent our honeymoon there, and returned again a year later. The location is phenomenal as you might have already read, if you've gotten this far. The development is perched on a... more
