The view is amazing -- gorgeous sunset every evening right outside your patio doors. Everything else about this unit is mediocre at best. The unit is dated and worn out, though with just a few thousand and they could really spiff the place up. But the biggest problem is something they can't do anything about: the upstairs neighbors (combined with... More

We very much enjoyed our family vacation on Kaua'i. Unit 209 at Pali Ke Kua certainly had an amazing view! Thanks to the management company, Kauai Pacific, for suggesting it. We were surprised, however, that for a unit that was "recently renovated (2013)": 1. The upstairs closet was "half painted"-- see attached photo. 2. The bottom door shelf of fridge... More

Beautiful condo with a SPECTACULAR Hawaiian sunset view every night! Furnished very nicely, all beds were comfy (had 3 queen beds). The upstairs bedroom was pretty warm since there is no air conditioning in this condo, but my daughters used a large fan that they found, and were just happy to be in Hawaii! The kitchen had all of the... More

We are staying in #209 for a total of 11 nights and could not be more pleased with our choice for our family of 5. The condo has wonderful upgraded...beautiful tile/ granite bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, new tasteful furniture, great new laminate "hardwood" floors and AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms! The master has a very comfortable king size bed and the upstairs... More

Unit very well appointed. View incredible. Nature on property unbelievable. Birds ate out of my hands. Highly recommend. Particularly loved the view from the patio of Bali Hai. Both bedrooms could be used as a master. Baths extremely spacious.

What a great spot on the North Shore of Kauai! This is an end unit so it gets plenty of air -- important since hardly anything on Kauai has A/C. Plus that cuts down on noise from neighbors. Not all units at Pali Ke Kua have been updated, but this unit is nicely renovated (granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc.) A... More

Advance notice: Each condo is individually owned, and so this review is for unit #105 which was lovely: very clean, very well stocked (even had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler), and beautifully decorated. The view from this first building is spectacular, and every morning a flock of Nene geese visited us on the grass by... More

After completing my 7 day stay in in unit 15, I overall was not entirely impressed. My first reaction when entering was how old this complex really is. It was and looked old, and it smelled stuffy. My unit was a two bedroom, two bath. The decor was old hawaiian. I found the bathroom, particularly the shower quite ugly, and... More

We appreciate all feedback and use this to continually upgrade our properties and services. While Kauai is in the tropics which comes with various types of insects, our properties receive regular insect pest control. Should a problem be reported, we respond promptly to rectify the situation, be this insect, housekeeping or anything else. The photos we post are real without... More

We stayed in # 220 for six nights in May. We loved this condo as soon as we stepped inside. The view is wonderful ! The condo is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable. The air flow from the bedroom through to the living room is great. It never felt too warm. Even... More

We found this condo to be just want was advertised, plus more. Here's why: many nice homey touches in décor, unique paintings, etc. Instead of tile throughout, wall to wall carpeting in most living area and bedroom, which we prefer in our own home. Of course, the view was spectacular. Being on the ground floor was advantageous as we could... More
