First, I don’t know if the owner of this particular unit is just really, really afraid of bad or rowdy renters ruining his place, but the lease on this place is a bit ridiculous, quite obviously written by a lawyer & leaves you, the renter, completely responsible should ANYTHING go wrong. I wouldn’t have rented this one due to the... More

Who has time to read a long review? Not you, I bet, so here's the bottom line. This unit, #105, is VERY nice. If it's available and there are just two of you traveling, grab it. You won't be disappointed in any way. Tasteful, comfortable interior. The king bed is comfy. Very clean. The unit has umbrellas, beach chairs, a... More

We stayed in Pale kKe Kua 116. It is an amazing spot, with beautiful views of Bali Hai. This condo is a one bedroom one bath unit with a very complete kitchen, very convenient to everything on the North Shore. It is the only condo development with it's own private beach--great snorkeling! I understand that it will be COMPLETELY RENOVATED... More

This is our fourth trip to Pali Ke Kua at the north shore of Kauai. This time we stayed three weeks in unit number 223. Excellent two bedroom two story unit with large balcony overlooking the cliff and the Pacific ocean. Sunsets over "Bali Hai" every evening. Unit is well furnished and comfortable. Wi-Fi works very well. Nothing negative to... More

We just began our 6th stay since 2009 in the Pali Ke Kua condominium resort in Princeville. We've been regular visitors to Kaua'i since 1987, when much of the island was still covered by cane fields and everything had a reddish tint from Kaua'l's red earth that was still being tilled & plowed. We've stayed all around the island in... More

Stayed at Pali Ke Kua #111 for 11 nights in mid-January 2015 and it was great! Let me break it down: 1) The Unit: Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sure the kitchen and bathroom cabinets are a bit dated and there aren't granite countertops, but really who cares. Everything works as it should, there's lots of storage, water pressure is... More

Stayed in numbers 131 and 132 with great friends from Australia. Happily surprised to find interconnecting door created a full 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom, ensuite, and fully equipped laundry. The flooring is new and all the appliances are new too. Furnishing is comfortable and unblemished. All utensils and other handy items where at finger tips... More

We stayed 5 days at one of the houses of this resort and it was great. Our house was located immediately along the cliff with a free view over the ocean. The houses was extremely clean, and very, very well equipped with washing machine, televisions and internet. We stayed with friends; we both had our own rooms, but the two... More

We stayed in unit #241. It's next to parking lot so it can be a little noisy. The views were beautiful, clean unit with everything you would need, beach towels, chairs, even sunscreen..the development was basic, clean. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. But the only BBQ we knew of was down at the beach. It a STEEP walk down,... More

If you're looking at the Pali Ke Kua resort, room 226 is the best choice: it has the best, most unobstructed view of any room and is on the 2nd floor. It's not just a 180 degree view - it's 270 because it's on a bit of a peninsula. So you get a nice view of the cove below and... More
