We are staying in #209 for a total of 11 nights and could not be more pleased with our choice for our family of 5. The condo has wonderful upgraded...beautiful tile/ granite bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, new tasteful furniture, great new laminate "hardwood" floors and AIR-CONDITIONING in the bedrooms! The master has a very comfortable king size bed and the upstairs... More

Unit very well appointed. View incredible. Nature on property unbelievable. Birds ate out of my hands. Highly recommend. Particularly loved the view from the patio of Bali Hai. Both bedrooms could be used as a master. Baths extremely spacious.

What a great spot on the North Shore of Kauai! This is an end unit so it gets plenty of air -- important since hardly anything on Kauai has A/C. Plus that cuts down on noise from neighbors. Not all units at Pali Ke Kua have been updated, but this unit is nicely renovated (granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc.) A... More

Advance notice: Each condo is individually owned, and so this review is for unit #105 which was lovely: very clean, very well stocked (even had beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler), and beautifully decorated. The view from this first building is spectacular, and every morning a flock of Nene geese visited us on the grass by... More

After completing my 7 day stay in in unit 15, I overall was not entirely impressed. My first reaction when entering was how old this complex really is. It was and looked old, and it smelled stuffy. My unit was a two bedroom, two bath. The decor was old hawaiian. I found the bathroom, particularly the shower quite ugly, and... More

We appreciate all feedback and use this to continually upgrade our properties and services. While Kauai is in the tropics which comes with various types of insects, our properties receive regular insect pest control. Should a problem be reported, we respond promptly to rectify the situation, be this insect, housekeeping or anything else. The photos we post are real without... More

We stayed in # 220 for six nights in May. We loved this condo as soon as we stepped inside. The view is wonderful ! The condo is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable. The air flow from the bedroom through to the living room is great. It never felt too warm. Even... More

We found this condo to be just want was advertised, plus more. Here's why: many nice homey touches in décor, unique paintings, etc. Instead of tile throughout, wall to wall carpeting in most living area and bedroom, which we prefer in our own home. Of course, the view was spectacular. Being on the ground floor was advantageous as we could... More

This condo had just about everything and it was in very good condition. The kitchen was upgraded and the master bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were terrific - shows had been beautifully upgraded and we spacious and elegant. No wicker to speak of, which is a very fine attribute in a rental condo! The barrel swivel chairs by the... More

It all starts with the million dollar view. When you book a room the pictures are not what you get. This time we got the view as advertised. My wife and I stayed 4 days at the Pali Ke Kua condos and we could not have been happier. First thing we did was open the sliding doors and soaked in... More

We gave the unit a 3, mainly for the amazing views and beautiful grounds. It's quite apparent this is an "income" unit for the owners. In scanning through the journals from 3 years back people were commenting on the "worn out" appliances, utensils, washer/dryer and moldy shower. Needless to say, 3 years later everything is in even more disarray. The... More
