I spent many hours reviewing where to stay in Kauai...the north (Princeville), south (Poipu), or west (Kapa'a). At the last minute, we decided to stay in the north because we heard just how beautiful it was. We researched many condo rentals in Princeville and kept coming back to various places at Pali Ke Kua. Unit 201 is by far THE... more

We just returned from our honeymoon which included a 6 night stay on Kauai at Pali Ke Kua. We were in unit 102 rented out by Ahh Aloha rentals. It was wonderful! The unit was huge, an absolutely perfect view of the Bali Hi (sp?) mountain over the ocean for perfect sunsets every night. I did read that the walls... more

My husband and I stayed in Pali Ke Kua 208 with another couple who were friends we travel with often. It was our first trip to Kauai and we loved the island. We were vert happy with our accommodations and found Pali Ke Kua 208 to be very comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well equipped , the unit... more

I stayed in 210 with my family. Great view and comfortable furnishing. Master bed was a little firmer than I like, but couches and chairs were comfortable. I was concerned about staying at a place without air conditioning, but the breezes kept it cool enough. more

We stayed in unit #227 at Pali Ke Kua. First of all, you should know that all units at this complex are privately owned, so it can really be hit and miss in terms of the interior condition of the units. This unit, #227, has new owners since last year, and they have done a spectacular remodel (from what I... more

We booked our trip in this unit on VRBO. After much research it seemed like an excellent deal for our Princeville stay. Darla was prompt with getting back to me and pleasant to work with. We didn't arrive at the condo until 10pm but received a call from the property manager shortly after to make sure all was okay. All... more

We were here for two nights --- and upon first glance, the place was really nice, pretty clean (though old), and the icing on top of the cake was the ocean view. Right outside our balcony (we were only a few yards from the cliff) was the ocean, and everyday you can watch a beautiful sunset. It was really amazing.... more

This was our third time at Pali Ke Kua. The views are still amazing across Hanalei Bay. We have spent time looking around Princeville at other options and have found nothing that compares for the money. These condos are older but our unit (224) is always clean. Some of the units have been redone and look new. Beach chairs, boogie... more

This is a condo. We booked our room through Ahh Aloha Vacation Rentals. Other units at this property are available through Marc Resorts (I think). We stayed in unit 202. It was one in from an end unit and close to the road, but we did not notice any traffic noise. Beautiful ocean view and great breezes. Two bedrooms, one... more

I spent 8 days on Kaua'i last month with two clsoe friends. We rented a two bedroom condo at Pali Ke Kua. Our unit was a second floor level, with amazing, unobstructed view of Bali Hai and the Ne Pali Cliffs. The apartment was large and airy, with plenty of good ventilation, despite not having a/c. We found we didn't... more
