Our family of 4 stayed in Puu Poa #209 over New Years week. The location is wonderful. Beach is a short hike down steep path, Princeville and surrounding areas are close by. The views from the Lanais are wonderful. There is a pool and tennis courts on site, which the kids loved. The unit itself is very nice. It was... More

We are just finishing 3 lovely days in Princeville. Our unit 405 was beautifully decorated and had everything one would need for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation. We came with our college-aged family and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us! The view is spectacular from the lanai. The hike down to Hideaway Beach is tricky and not... More

Our family just returned from a one-week stay (in early August) at Puu Poa 209. The unit is homey and spacious - as depicted in VRBO photos - with two lanai areas overlooking a magnificent view. Beds (for four) are very comfortable, cookware and knives are high quality, large new washer and dryer, beach stuff (plenty of towels, beach chairs,... More

We rented number 209 for a family vacation in July of 2014. The view was amazing! Great location right next to the St. Regis. Condo was well appointed and had more cooking equipment than most condos. Unfortunately, this is where the good ended. This condo has so much deferred maintenance. 1. Washer - Brand new LG set that looks great.... More

I received many unsolicited raves about Puu Poa #209. Yes, there is the occasional problem. Things can wear out in the incredibly wet environment. All metals things rust. Screens are sometimes off the track, but extremely easy to put back on. I have not had any complaints about the high-end washer, until this one. Basically, if there is one problem,... More

Good 1st floor unit. Furnishings were pretty sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional. The beds in both rooms were comfortable and we all slept well. The grounds were immaculate and the building is good repair. This unit is next to the pool which at times was a little inconvenient. You do hear all the noise from... More

Great oceans views, large units, nice simple pool, good access to the Princeville area, units that have not been updated may seem a bit old, especially the kitchen. Their are better values in the area if you can give up the ocean view.

These condos are in a perfect location. The condo is setup good and well appointed especially the kitchen. There is also a nice grill on the lanai and the grocery is only a short drive away (could be walked if desired) to stock up for the week. If you like ocean views and a nice path for running or biking... More

We began our Hawaiian vacation staying at this place and it was wonderful. Being a first time visitor to Hawaii and having flown and driven (rental car) for a long stretch, we were at first taken aback by the lack of air conditioning. The unit had been shut up and it was a fairly hot day so it kind of... More

We had the great pleasure to stay at Pu'u Poa 207. The team at Oceanfront Realty couldn't have been more professional and accommodating with our last-minute stay. We had the pleasure to stay at Villa 207 a Pu'u Poa. The villa is spacious and airy. It's situated on top of a bluff overlooking Hanalei and Bali Hai. It's just stunning.... More

We stayed in Puu Poa 112 for one week in April and we were not disappointed with our incredible views! As an end unit, it not only boasts the views of Bali Hai directly in front but also some amazing ocean views from the kitchen and dining area. Overall the condo was very comfortable albeit a little dated and as... More
