We read quite a few reviews about Bali Hai before we actually booked it and kept reading all the way up until we left for our trip to Kauai. We were quite pleased with the welcoming of our group with fresh leis. The Front desk/business center/fitness center/clubhouse/pools blew us away! The customer service is top notch and cater to whatever... More

We travelled with a family of 8 and the condo was perfect. The staff was more than helpful and the pools are gorgeous. The appliances were top notch and the beds were very comfortable. This was an excellent property and although I like to try new places, I would stay here again.

We arrived very tired from Australia and checked in. We were then directed to the area where you collect your parking pass...which was also the tour booking counter....which was also the time share sales pitch area. This meant a little snooze on the couch whilst we waited for our turn at the counter. We were then subjected to the time... More

We stayed here for a week last month. The property has recently been remodeled and the main building is brand new as are the two pools which are lovely - waterfalls, sand beach area for wee ones and hot tubs. Our biggest issue was the check in process which took more than 3 hours! This is a time share resort... More

We stayed in a two bedroom unit using a timeshare exchange and loved the place! We arrived very late after landing and picking up our rental car. The grounds were very well maintained and the property was near a golf course. While the concierge left voice mails every day there was no pressure to attend any presentations. Check in and... More

If you like camping, this is the place for you. No ac, so it was hotter than hell and tons of spiders, bugs, Mosquitos, ants were infested there. My sons were eaten alive by them. It literally looked like we camped outside. Don't be fooled by the pictures either .....maybe half the units are upgraded and the other half look... More

We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite which was very large for 2 people. Nicely upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was nice, clean and we liked that. However I will not return for following: 1) We too had construction going on right outside our balcony. The noise starts early in the morning. 2) There was no view of anything.... More

My wife & I, 3 children & grand children (13 total) spent a week in 2 two-bedrooms and 1 one-bedroom units at this very comfortable time-share resort. We've visited Hawaii 6 times in the past 10 years, staying on the Big Island, Maui & Kauai. We've enjoyed all, but the Bali Hai Villas are now our favorite. Little things like... More

I am an owner and have been coming here for 20 years. I prefer the older units. Not impressed with the big pool/club house area. Very noisy and if you are lucky enough to get a unit over the five bbqs then you're in for a treat with all the smell and smoke. The smaller pool area is much nicer... More

My family booked a four night stay. Before arrival I requested an early check-in and a villa near the pool. When we arrived, the women at the front desk accommodated both of our requests. They were pleasant and professional. We were then routed to the Concierge desk, which is usual in a timeshare rental to give you a sales pitch.... More
