We stayed 3 nights in Poipu and decided to spend 2 in Princeville. I am trying to be objective with this review. Good: this would be for a family wanting to stay for a week who likes the apartment feel on vacation. However it was spotless clean and the sheets and bed were nice. Coffee maker, full kitchen, washer/dryer etc.... More

This was our third stay at Bali Hai and we're looking forward to going back again. We stayed a week in a 2BR unit and it was roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our unit, 514, backed up to the "old" pool area and we were able to hear the waterfall outside, which made the room even nicer. A couple of... More

We stayed here for 9 days over Christmas. Upfront I will say that we had no expectations that we'd have an ocean view or anything like that. This is a planned time share development adjacent to a golf course, so you're going to be driving if you want to see the water, and you will be dealing with time share... More

There were 4 of us in a 2 bedroom unit with a nice size terrace. Check in was fast and the front desk staff was helpful. This was an RCI exchange so we were not sure about the quality but were pleasantly surprised. The resort is in the Princeville area, quite far from the airport and the main town. The... More

Overall a great experience with good location and nice unit. Pool facilities and new lobby and gym were fantastic. We noticed a couple of problems in the unit that could have easily been addressed prior to our arrival if the cleaning staff had communicated these issues. In our first unit the faucet in the kitchen sink was barely functioning. In... More

Room was run down and out of date. No view at all. Never saw the ocean from any where on the property. No cell phone service until you drove off the property. Ants in room and feral cats on lanai. Activity staff seemed to have a financial relationship with a certain tour company. We were pushed toward using a particular... More

We arrived here to stay for a week with another couple. The check in to our two bedroom condo was quick and efficient. The condo itself was wonderful with 2 spacious bedrooms and plenty of space for clothes etc. The kitchen was clean with everything we needed. The lanai off the secondary bedroom in the front is quite small, but... More

We stayed here on a family trip with my brothers and sisters. The condos are very nice, clean and quiet. The pools and hot tubs are attractive and clean. Their staff is out of this world friendly and accommodating. Our experience with them started with Sylvia at check in. She's one of the nicest, most professional front desk people I've... More

This was our 2nd stay in Bali Hai Villas, the new office and pool, gym looks good, new BBQ area with chair and umbrellas. The only set back was the unfriendly weather at the end of January, for couple days was raining non-stop. Unit was an exchange from RCI but was OK and besides been there before so we knew... More

The villas are spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Quality materials used in furnishing kitchen, bedrooms. The real joy was finding that our 2 bedroom villa is totally wheelchair friendly. No barriers in doorway, breakfast bar at wheelchair level with electric outlets in breakfast bar (easily reached), kitchen sink, bathroom, shower all wheel chair accessible. Grab bars at every location in bathroom... More
