My review of the Cliffs is almost completely positive. The check in folks were very nice and let me check in just a little early so that I could get back to the airport to pick up more family members. I was in Building 6, not renovated but, very clean and comfortable with an AMAZING view of the ocean from... more

Just back from a week at the Cliffs in Princeville. After some of the reviews was a bit concerned but that was immediately gone on arrival. Check in was a breeze. While at first I was disappointed we didn't have an ocean view (we were in bldg #1), the privacy was worth it. The room was a 1BR/loft with 1500... more

Not your typical resort, this hotel/condo location offers great ocean views off the cliffs. Our unit had a full kitchen so we were able to cook some of our meals- breakfast is a big one on Kauai's north shore where there are hardly any restaurants serving breakfast. Like any condo rental, the "front desk" has early hours but if you... more

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs but were a little set back by the extra "energy fee" of $50 upon check in. We were doing a trade and no where in our documentation was this mentioned, even though we had cost sheet where the estimated charges were explained in etail. I expected the room tax as it was documented.... more

We booked a suite in The Cliffs Resort through RCI points. The suite we got was 7104, a studio with partial kitchen. We were told that there were laundry facilities but because they locked off half of our suite we had no laundry facilities. They were kind enough to let us use another suite to wash our things but had... more

We own at the Cliffs and love going back each year. The units are very large and we feel very at home. The pool was under construction but we had priveledges at the Hanalei Bay Resort whicn has a beuatiful pool. It was a short 5 minute car ride and easy parking. Other years we have taken children and grandchildren... more

Rude staff. Laptop was stolen from our room while we were gone. Another room was hit and their laptop taken. Inside job. Assistant manager told me he would post a reward sign and two days later when i asked to see it, he hadn't bothered to put it up. Their suggestion is that a window was broken out and the... more

My husband & I stayed here because I worked for RCI and heard great things about this island. We were getting married. The woman at the front desk hooked us up with the best view I have seen. You can walk across the lawn, sit in a couple of lawn chairs with a bottle of wine & watch this sunset... more

After arriving at the airport and having a bag missing until a flight an hour later, we were very pleased that check in took less than 5 minutes. We happened to be given a ground floor unit that had been recently renovated, and beautifully so. We didn't even watch either of the 2mflat screen TVs. The unit was well stocked,... more

We have finished staying here at The Cliffs for a 2 week period. We rented first through a real estate agent we have rented from before, and then we used a timeshare week exchange through RCI. I can speak in this review about the private condo as well as their timeshare rentals/exchange experience. The first week we were in the... more
