These condos are in a great location! Close to nice beaches, shopping and this side of island is very green. There are geese and chickens wondering about and they can make a little noise in the early morning, but this did not bother us at all.

Just got back from two weeks here. My sister is an owner and we got an ocean front view this year. The unit/resort is very nice and we had trouble finding things to complain about. No onsite restaurant was all we could come up with. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool clean and beautiful for the kids. The resort is... More

We own Disney and traded using RCI into Cliffs. Of course when you trade not being a member you are placed in the back of the condos. We have never been placed in a room with a view when trading. Cliffs are clean. Our condo needed renovation as everything was dated. They don't have air conditioning which isn't a problem... More

Aloha from the Cliffs, Mahalo for your comments and for staying with us. In 2015 we will begin to upgrade our units. The biggest change you will see will be in our bathrooms. I do hope you had a chance to use of putting green, shuffle board court, tennis and pickle ball courts. So many things to do! We have... More

Aloha, Thank you for staying with us. Congratulation on your marriage! Our staff tried to keep all guests informed as the storms moved closer. Better to be aware and prepared! Thanks you again for staying with us. We do hope you will come again, perhaps for an anniversary? Best Regards, June Sundberg Front Office Manager More

This quiet resort is not really a comfortable walking distance from anything, but is nice in of itself. The suite I stayed in was Hawaiian themed (as most things in Hawaii), the kitchen is well equipped and had everything you could want and there are BBQ in the courtyard to share. When I stayed the majority of the renters where... More

Skeptical after reading reviews , but overall had a great vacation. The bathrooms could use some updating, but clean and in good condition. The bedroom, kitchen and living room were comfortable and clean. No air conditioning, but during our stay it was not needed, nice breeze almost all the time. The Cliff has a few comfortable chairs to sit and... More

After reading several reviews, I was skeptical! However in reality the Cliffs really delivered. We stayed in unit 5101, and loved everything but the bathrooms which are in need of updating! The shower was definitely nothing to write home about, but the loving room and kitchen were not outdated as some reviewers commented. The couch in the living room was... More

Spent two weeks at this resort in unit 2109. The unit was relatively clean and had the very, very basic necessities. The furniture was dated and in desperate need of updating and replacement. There is no air conditioning and very little breeze in this ground floor unit. You don't have a choice but to keep all the windows and doors... More

Aloha, Thank you for taking to post your comments. I do see by the unit number you stayed in that you had rented from a private owner, not one of our timeshare units. I am however sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I will share your comments with the owner of the unit. Thank you again for your... More

We vacation every year and I will not be returning to this condo. It was very musty smelling, hot, and isolated. Everything was a drive, I would recommend the other side of the island. The kitchen in our unit smelled of mold, and the fridge was very old and ran poorly. It was very warm and humid, be prepared: there... More

Aloha from the Cliffs, Thank you for posting comments regarding your recent stay. Princeville is known for being away from it all. It is very peaceful and tranquil. The south side of the island does have more action if that is the type of vacation you are looking for. You also are correct not all cell phones offer the same... More

We stayed here as part of a timeshare exchange and found it to be very nice. Our room had a partial ocean view and it was an easy walk to the cliffs which were beautiful - very peaceful and a great place to just relax and read. The girls in the concierge office were extremely helpful and pleasant - even... More
