This place is dirty and rundown! Do not stay here- save your money and go somewhere else. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for five days. There was no hot water for two of them! The manager refused to compensate us. There were also giant bugs in the bathroom and the bedcover was covered in something dark and... more

We stayed at Club Intrawest for 8 days at the end of July with our kids. We were a bit uneasy having read the previous review. This resort was so objectionable we gladly vacated after one night, forfeiting our stay! It is currently in the middle of a construction site, which included a solid wall of black plastic tarp directly outside our patio door. The construction noise then began promptly at 8:00 AM.
