Cannot say enough good things about staying at Nihilani. We rented a townhouse there for 8 days in June. The unit is practically new, has nice furniture, comfortable beds and linens and is very well maintained with all new appliances. The community and pool are exceptionally clean and well cared for. Our teenage kids were quite happy at the pool.... More

If you have young children ages 6 - 12 i would not recommend this facility especially if you plan on spending some down time at the pool. Management rules for the pool are extreme: no floaties, toys, mats, balls and games like Marco Pollo. It appears that sunbathing, reading and other vegetative activities are the only condoned past times.

This is our second stay in Nihilani - first time in 24C. What we liked: The floor plan is great - lots of space 3Bed and 3Bath, Kitchen very nice, the location, air conditioning without an extra charge, supervisor of housekeeping very nice and the handling of the reservation, free wifi, cable, use of beach chairs, sheets are soft and... This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Enclosed car garage. Came with everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Free-wifi and 3 smart tvs were nice. The unit lived up to the pictures online and more! The garage had coolers, extra reef shoes, kids beach toys, floaters, body boards, sunscreen, etc. the kitchen has everything. The pool was... More

We stayed here in November and loved it so much that we can back this March break. We stayed in condo 32C and now 23C. The interior of 32C was decorated a little nicer and the balcony had a table. The balcony looked over the backyard into the other condos. 23 C is on the street that can be noisy... More

I can't say enough about this place. There are bikes, surf boards, a well-stocked kitchen with utensils and spices, snorkel gear, books about the island, everything you could need. WOW! The management company is also amazing and helpful. I would stay again for sure. The only downside is that you are far from things, you have to drive everywhere (beach,... More

This condo was so clean and comfortable. It is centrally located in Princeville and has the most amazing quiet atmosphere. It has central air-conditioning throughout. Everyone who lives around here is really quiet so it was a very relaxing stay. I've included some pics of the view from the front of the condo as well as from the patio. It... More

We stayed in unit 18A, and it was fabulous. First off, it was huge and had air-conditioning -- a blessing in Hawai'i! The owners were thoughtful, and had everything in place for us. Great running track outside, nice pool and gym, and the place was close to the beach. Great places to eat all around too. Highly recommended!

This was a fantastic property! We rented through Kauai Vacation Rentals and would definitely recommend them highly. We picked up the keys to the condo at the rental car company along with excellent maps to guide our way. The condo was even better than the photos/description. The owners have thought of everything as the unit was VERY well stocked with... More

We have rented several vacation condos of this caliber in the Islands. This is the first one where I did not feel I was a valued guest, but rather a threat to the profit margin. Upon entering, we see a sign telling us to take off our shoes (normal in Hawaii), and another one demanding we should NOT to use... More
