Stayed for 1 week in December 2008 Great overall experience : Clean, pleasant decor, fully stocked kitchen, new appliances including washer dryer, large bathroom, comfortable king size bed. Condo owner has taken great care. Excellent booking experience with management company R&R Rentals. Really loved the screened windows on each outside-facing sides of the condo. Made for a fresh ocean breeze... more

We spent one week in unit #507 and I think we got way more than we bargained for...in a nice way!!! I want to list the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Awesome location at a superb price. We have been to Kauai on many occasions, and have found this little gem of a condo unit in Poipu. Every unit has a terrific ocean view, and we ALWAYS watch the sunset from our Lanai. We loved Sunset Kahili condo unit 207! Everything imaginable is there, from golf balls to beach chairs, to a cd player with Hawaiian music. The furniture and knick knacks made it so homey, and they even provided a spice rack full of spices! I really felt like i was house sitting for a favorite relative in Hawaii rather than staying... more

I cannot say enough about our visits to Sunset Kahili. We know a number of the full-time folks, after 8-9 consistent annual stays there out of 15 or so trips to the island. They are wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing. Views from all units to die for - would suggest #304 or #403 when requesting your reservation - have stayed... more
