Lots of work needs to be done on upkeep and staffing. Staff with the exception of the concierge desk, were morose at best and in some cases angry. Security is omni present and, while I'm always an advocate of security, it makes you wonder why the overwhelming presence, and, it would certainly help if these folks smiled once or twice....... more

We stayed at the Lawai resort through Grantham resorts and were very pleased with everything. Beautiful tropical view from the third floor condo. We were in the Ali bldg.
