What is not to love about the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. The grounds are superbly maintained. They even remove the dead leaves from the yucca plants and palm trees, so that the feel is green and fresh everywhere you go. I was really torn about staying at the Hyatt; I heard from many source that it's one of the best hotels on the island, but it is quite expensive if you pay full price.
