The resort is expensive, but you receive quality for the price. Great, friendly staff who were very accomodating. Concierges were excellent. Best food on the island is located on the resort, making meals hassle-free. Amazing pools and lounge areas offer an alternative to the beach. more

We were there for a week for a conference. The view of the lobby was amazing. Their outdoor facilities (huge swimming pool/lagoon, gardens, and ponds) and amenities were excellent. The room wasn't as great as other Grand Hyatts, definitely over priced. When we checked out, they made mistakes TWICE on billing. First, they charged for valet parking for two days.... more
