My husband and I stayed in Unit 110 for 9 nights in June 08. It is a wonderful condo on the first floor, about 20 feet from the ocean. Unit 110 is only suited for a couple. There is one bedroom, though there are 2 full baths, each with large shower. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans in each room.... more

Kuhio Shores Unit 206 is spectacular. My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and wished we would have stayed here the full two weeks. Poipu & Kauai were wonderful but our experience at Bill Gilliam's unit was not. Shortly after arriving in Kauai after a long day of travel, we entered unit 209 & had the odd sensation that we stepped into warm water. This proved to be the case as the sink had overflowed because of somebody up above possibly over-using their garburator.... more

Our stay at Kuhio Shores was the best!! We spent 5 days in #418, which is the "penthouse" and 3 days in #119 on the ground floor. They both have their advantages. This unit is absolutely gorgeous, every detail has been thought of. We had seen pictures and they don't do it justice, there were no pics of the bathroom & it was a total surprise that did not disappoint. The entire unit was immaculately clean.
