My husband and I stayed here for 10 days with our one year old daughter and it was absolutely perfect for our family. We got a ground floor unit with a view of the ocean which was so nice because we could sit out on the sunny grass when she was napping and still have our baby monitor in range... More

Aston at poipu Kai is a true value for money due to its prime location. We got upgraded to an ocean view apartment (#722). The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen with literally everything you need to cook or bake. Washer and dryer are available en suite, and the bedroom is spacious. There is no central air, but it is... More

We had a family holiday here for five nights last week. We found it to be clean and tidy and the reception staff helpful and friendly. We had Condo 504 and it was really convenient to get out and down to the beach and park areas, being on the end we also found it to be very quiet, Finding you... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The grounds are very well maintained. The barbecues all looked brand new as we see the staff cleaning them every morning. The kind and friendly gardeners even stopped in the middle of their busy day to help my 10 year old son get his ball from a tree. The staff in the office were... More

AWFUL customer service from two staff members, ended up completely ruining my stay! What horrible horrible staff they have working here! I got over charged for my bill! Raised the issue at checkout and was rudely met with comments such as "well that's what we charge" "we wouldn't charge it if that's not legal"! Not even an offer to look... More

I am deeply disappointed to hear that your experience with the Front office staff was unsatisfactory. I have taken the time to review your reservation along with your comments to see how this could be managed better. It is unsettling to think that you may have been overcharged. If you would review your bank information, you should see only two... More

It says "your overall rating of the property". Well the property as in "real estate is absolutely gorgeous, the area is wonderful, however the unit we got ,not so much. It started by booking with Flight Centre, there was 24 of us, all going on a hiking holiday to beautiful Kauai. We paid $4240 for a one bedroom unit, for... More

First of all, thank you for coming to Kauai with your hiking group! The weather could not have been more perfect. Highs of 78°! I am sorry that your particular accommodation was not quite up to par as the others travelling with you. I have shared your comments with the owner in hopes to encourage some needed renovations and upgrades.... More

We were 2 Canadian couples who stayed 14 days in a Manualoha two bedroom ocean view Jan. 28- Feb. 11th. Condos are owner decorated and stocked and we were not disappointed. Loved morning coffee and evening sunsets from the top floor deck. Patio furniture was comfortable and cushions were stored inside for our convenience. Bring binoculars if you like to... More

My husband and I stayed here mid November. The property is in a great location and for the price extremely reasonable. The condo decor was outdated but that didn't matter to us whatsoever. The condo had plenty of space, was functional with all of the items you need, clean and private. The staff at the desk were fantastic. Make sure... More

We stayed at unit 711. It is aground floor one bedroom, one and one half baths. Its kitchen had every appliance and utensil we might want or need. It is close to a hiking path by the Hyatt and to a string of beaches the other way. There was an Apple computer in an alcove off the kitchen that we... More
