We were moved here after our initial reservation had been canceled due to the bankruptcy of Marc Resorts. If it wasn't for that we would have never found out about this place so we consider ourselves very lucky. We split our stay in Kauai between Castle Kaha Lani, the Grand Hyatt and the Mariott resort. A condo unit such as... more

The location of the Kaha Lani condos is perfect. It sits along the ocean, and I'm sure that the view is incredible from some units. It's a short 5 minute walk to Lydgate Park, which is perfect for kids and beginning snorkelers. There's a protected beach area for toddlers and a larger area for snorkeling. There's also a picnic area... more

We stayed at Kaha Lani May 2008 in a privately owned one bedroom condominium with a beautiful view of and proximity to the ocean. The first day there we took the easy walk to Lydgate Beach and taught ourselves to snorkel. The last day we took beautiful sunrise over surf photographs mere yards away from our unit. Less than ten... more

The Castle Kaha Lani was a very comfortable and quiet place that really enhanced our experience of Kauai. The front desk staff was so friendly and an absolute joy to deal with. We stayed in a two bedroom condo, it was very spacious, clean and quiet. Walking around the absolutly beautiful, very well maintained grounds or on the walking paths... more

We stayed in room 928, and it was so under kept. With high winds and low temperatures in the 60s, the first thing we noticed when we walked into the master bedroom was the cold wind draft in our room. I'm not talking about some air coming in through the cracks, I'm talking about the glass blinds not closing at... more

We were so surprised at how truly beautiful this property was! The night we arrived we ran out to the beach just in time to see the most amazing sunset. Every shade of pink, purple, blue, green and orange you could imagine and the water just lightly rolling up on the powdery beach. It's been 9 months since our stay... more

My husband and I just returned from a week stay at the Kaha Lani. It was wonderful! Let me preface my review by saying that I grew up in Hawaii, and although I live on the mainland now, we typically return to Hawaii once or twice a year because we love it so much. So I am well aware of... more

Our family (including kids aged 7, 5 and 1) spent the first 3 days of our Kauai trip at Kaha Lani and were delighted with the accommodations. We stayed in the Kim family's condo, #201. The ocean-view, 2-bedroom, 2 bath we received was very clean (nary a bug or gecko, much to my sons' disappointment), and fairly updated. Housekeeping came... more

What a great, laid-back place to stay. Cute, clean condo with a spectacular view and tropical breezes. Walking distance to Lydgate park, a great beach for kids and novice snorkelers. You won't regret staying here. If we ever get back to Kauai, we'll definitely stay at Kaha Lani again. more

We just got back from vacationing in Kauai. The last two days of our vacation were spent at Kaha Lani and it exceeded my expectations. I have to be honest I wasn't expecting much, so when we arrived I was thrilled with the location and the hospitality. They were so kind and accommodating. We reserved a 1bedroom oceanfront condo and... more
