The condo we stayed in belonged to a friends family member. It was clean, well apportioned and very close enough to the beach to make a quick walk of it at any time. We found it quiet, except for the feral chickens :) Kiki, the happy booker was great! We had ideas of things to do but she made them... More

This was my 1st trip to Hawaii and Kauai is a beautiful island, will definitely be back! I visited Kauai April 19-27, 2012 and stayed in a 2 bdrm 2 bath condo. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities that you need for a 10 day stay. Kiki was an amazing help with all the places we wanted... More

Kauai is a small island so the best is staying in one place. Following a long research I found that Banyan is probably the best value in the island, with fully equipped condos for around 100$+. Ours was of 2 rooms – with 2 separate baths and restrooms which was a big good surprise. Reception and concierge were generally helpful... More

Had a nice holiday on the island. Condo was as advertized, clean, staff were very helpful. Only one complaint we were in E57, it was very close to the road and was quite noisy. Kiki was most helpful with what we wanted to see on our first trip to Kauai. March 7 - 14, 2012

Our first day was one of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Then the tub drains wouldn't drain properly. The bedroom screen had to be re-installed. Don't count on the washer and dryer they work minimally at best. My son and I had to remove the filter and thoroughly clean the inside. It didn't appear to be maintained. The unit has a dishwasher,... More

Decent value. Only complaints are the washer smelled vaguely of mildew, and the unit had double beds instead of the queens we were told we would have. Besides that, I like the location, and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes and utensils. Slept 5 adults rather cozily (one on the pull out bed).

We stayed in L-138 for three nights in February. For less than the price of a motel room at the Garden Island Inn, and less than half the price of a room at the Marriott across the street, we got a 2 bedroom, two bath condo with everything from washer and dryer, which we didn't use to a fully equipped... We stayed in unit 84. It was on the top row in the back and from the second story (these are townhomes) you got a very nice view of the sunrise/set and harbor from your patio. There are two sets of stairs before you get to your unit and then of course the stairs in side your unit and no... More

Very well kept, had everything that we needed. Wi-fi doesn`t work very well in most of the condo, just in certain spots. We had a condo that was facing the beach and the road, which was great during the day, but not so much at night. You could hear the parties going on either at the beach or the bar... More

Place doesn't deserve the great staff, especially Kiki. I get home and review my bank statement and I have a charge on my account. I have tried to call 4 times to find out what the charge is, no call returned. Shady... Units inside nice, wi-fi doesn't work and too close to major roadway. If you open your windows it... More
