Stayed for seven nights. Was centrally located. However, like everyone else parking is a huge complaint. No self parking, valet only. Took awhile to get the car and hard to just stop back by the room for a quick five/ten minutes and leave again. Rented the car through the resort, so kinda felt like should have gotten little bit of... More

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay here at the Kauai Beach Resort. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the construction of our photovoltaic parking structure. Unfortunately, we did have an unforseen setback in the construction phase which resulted in the only alternative of valet parking only. With little... More

I was only there for one night in November 2012, but it was excellent. A great way to be introduced to Hawaii. When I was searching the internet, it was the location (oceanfront), great price and the free airport shuttle that sealed the deal for me. Also the fact that they have their own restaurant and bar onsite. The pool... More

We did lile this hotel but watch for the hidden fees. It cost 15$ a day for the parking and they don't talk about it during the reservation. However the staff was sympatic, it is on a great location and it is also very clean

The resort appeared lovely from the outside. It was quite beautiful in the lobby and at the pool as well. However, our flight brought us to the resort at 1:00. Check-in wasn't until 3:00 or 4:00. They told us we could go ahead and use the pool, but what am I going to do, sit by the pool with my... More

We had a great experience at this resort. Beautiful grounds and pool-well maintained. The biggest issue is parking-construction-all is valet right now and though trying their best the staff has too many cars to contend with. I guess normally they charge 13-16 dollars per DAY to park. That is a big add on and also they charge a $25 check... More

booked this hotel/resort through www.hawaiiconnection.com. Only a 30 minutes flight from Honolulu. We always use this site for Hawaii visits. close to airport, but hardly any aircraft noise. Best to rent a car to roam around on this lovely island. ( go to www.economycars.com ) cheap and no access! though we arrived quite early, we were upgraded to an available... More

Architecture nothing special. Grounds & buildings are well maintained. WiFi only free in lobby. They do have a room & rental car package that saves money. Large pool area but nearby beach is rocky. All parking is valet & unorganized. The 3 times I called down to have car brought up I got no answer. I called front desk 2... More

We chose to stay here for the reasonable price, the convenience of its central location near the airport, and because the hotel was hosting a college fair at which I volunteered. We arrived a day early so we could enjoy the island, but returning to the hotel to rest/change before going out again was a HUGE inconvenience. There is no... More

The property was immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. We booked a mountain view room, but when we got to our room, we found we had a view of the ocean too! The location was perfect and even though the hotel is close to the airport, the plane noise was not noticeable. Due to construction, only valet parking was... More

We stayed here for five nights for our honeymoon. The grounds are very nice, and the service is good, however we booked an ocean view room, that yes, arguably you can "see" ocean, but it overlooked the pool, which was VERY loud even with the doors shut. The walls were thin and we could hear everything outside our room, so... More
