We had a suite with a kitchette. Our 1 year old daughter slept in one room and my husband and I in the other room. 2nd floor, ocean view. We could hear the waves at night! The service was great. The few restaurants at the hotel were just okay. Beach was very nice for swimming and the pool is huge!!

Having viewed this property on a previous cruise we marked as one to return to in the future. The property is beautiful and kept immaculate by the staff. A great pool for the kids and beautiful Nawiiwili harbor for water sports including surfing it was great for the kids. Being a platinum member we had our upgrades waiting for is... More

First, the property is wonderfully attractive in a Kauaian tropical paradisey kind of way. Lush vegetation, flowing water, koi pond, great big blue pool and THE BEST Mai-tais we had while on the islands (three islands and many bars)... and all property three bars serve them the same way. Delicious. Another big plus for us is the on-grounds jog trail... More

Great location- ten minutes from the airport but you'd never know it! It's peaceful and serene. Our party arrived at different times and it was an easy drive back and forth to the airport to pick travelers up. The staff was very helpful- we asked for an extra cot and towels- both arrived quickly. Being able to charge the occasional... More

This hotel is really located centrally on the island which makes it nice going to activities not at the resort. The pool and beach were nice. The food at the hotel was expensive but Melanie the lady at the omelette station is very nice and makes a mean omelette. We had two free breakfast buffets each morning with our room... More

I'll start by stating up front that I own two timeshare weeks here and am here on my 10th visit since Feb. 2006. You get what you pay for as far as rooms; there are MANY categories and views. Yes, some rooms look at a wall (these are the CHEAPEST hotel rooms). You will pay much more for oceanfront, ocean... More

We just returned from 10 night stay at the Kauai Marriott - Lihue. We have stayed at their Maui Ocean Beach club and this resort far surpasses Maui's resort in that the views are spectacular and the hotel rooms/villas are ideally situated in walking distance to their many coffee/breakfast Starbuck style service which sits right on the balcony overlooking the... My husband and I came to Hawaii for 12 days = 4 on Oahu and 7 on Kauai. We loved the short drive from the airport to this hotel and the grounds were beautiful, as was the walk to the lobby to check in. We had a 10th floor room in the Kilohana tower overlooking the beach. We had a... More

We stayed here for my hubby's 50th birthday & absolutely loved it. We had an oceanfront room (rooms 1235 & 1236) and they had to be the best rooms in the entire hotel. We had an awesome view of the pool and the beach. It was lovely sitting on the balcony enjoying the incredible view (even the cruise ship one... More
