We did an Interval International Timeshare Exchange (Traded in our Breckenridge Grand Lodge at Peak 7 - 1 bedroom unit) and were given a one bedroom on the 7th floor of the Kilohana Tower. The Marriott concierge emailed us a few weeks prior and asked for our preferences, although not guaranteed, and they accommodated all of my requests! From the... More

I called this property to inquire about an early check in. Upon speaking to the most RUDE agent I've ever encountered (she was brass & interrupted me infinite times) she hung up on me. When I called back I got another agent named Mandy who was equally as unhelpful and rude. They acted as though I was putting them out by... More

Grounds: The grounds are Chinese garden design and in general well-kept and nice to walk thru and must have been more impressive years ago but still very nice. Pool is very large but no separation of kids and adult pools. The location in the cove is nice with a decent sandy beach. We did see signs of wear in the... More

We loved the Island! There are beautiful beaches and a tonne of activities within an hour drive. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the Resort. The rooms did not have a kitchen. We knew this when booking but with a family of 5 it gets very expensive eating out everyday. And eating out in and around the resort cost a... More

Hi Todd and thank you for TripAdvisor review. It is disappointing to learn your recent family stay failed to live up to expectations overall. We have shared your input regarding the grills, laundry and bugs with the resort leadership and thank you for your feedback. We look forward to seeing you again at any of our Marriott hotels or resorts. More

We stayed in the hotel the first two nights. The "cooler" didn't work and we were surprised the rooms didn't have refrigerators. However, they promptly brought us a new one to keep our beverages cold. We had a ocean view and it's lovely, if you go out on the balcony, but it's really of a bay. The pool is huge.... More

Location: Why stay where you can't see a sunrise or sunset?! Who wants to swim in a cove where massive cruise ships frequent?! Dirty. Resort: oceanview king room. This was part of a timeshare exchange and failed miserably in comparison to the property and rooms we've had in Princeville and Poipu. Small room on the fourth floor literally the balcony... More

We had a great trip here over Thanksgiving 2014. Staff very nice, pool was great, beach well maintained and amazing views. We booked on Marriot points and booked a King room with living room separate. The view was terrible but the front desk switched us to a hotel style room with a view of the ocean and mountains. If you... More

Beautiful location. Room was spacious, updated, and clean. Close to shopping and within walking distance to grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

Gorgeous property - had a great oceanfront room - was quiet with a great "feel". Enjoyed the pool, amenities as well as the proximity to dining and shopping. Made this our Base as we ventured out to see the island! Entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful! If back in Kauai we'll be sure to be back!
