We stayed at the Hale Luana B&B for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. The location is a few minutes up on a hillside, with beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding hills. The property is filled with different fruit trees and is well cared for. You can see the love that went into decorating the rooms.... more

We loved this B&B. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our breakfasts were in the gourmet category. The setting is peaceful and relaxing and has beautiful landscaping. Elizabeth was a very gracious hostess and provided useful recommendations of things to see and do in the area. We plan on staying here on our next trip to Kauai. more

Wake up to birds chirping and beautiful views of the lush gardens from your large windows. Hale Luana is situated in the beautiful, tranquil hills of Kilauea. There are a few upscale homes in the area but they are not visable from Hale Luana. The rooms are very large and decorated beautifully. It was also immaculate. Elizabeth served a scrumptious... more

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in the B&B. The room was spotless and very comfortable. You have a distant view of the ocean while you sit at the pool. Very quiet as you are sort of in a country suburb setting. Can't say enough nice things about the place. Not too far from town if you... more

By 'perfect' I mean that the six days we were there were seamlessly superb. We have had the pleasure of staying at Hale Luana four times and experiencing the beautiful acres of gardens, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, Elizabeth's art & genuine welcome, and superb breakfasts (I've asked for a couple of her recipes). It feels like home, only better! I... more

Our hosts were always very plesant and helpful. The setting is wonderfull with a good view of the ocean in the distance. The pool looked really nice but was a bit cool this time of year. Breakfasts were always very good, using lots of local and very fresh fruits. The property is on a small hill which elimiantes all road... more

My group of 10 adults stayed at this gorgeous property last week and we all loved it. The guesthouse is separated from the B & B to provide privacy. The house features a gourmet kitchen - fully equipped - in which we cooked 4 dinners. The livingroom area is decorated quite nicely but our favorite spot was the outdoor covered... more

We stayed at the guest house at Hale Luana in Kilauea, Kauai. There were 15 of us including 1 child, 2 babies and 12 adults. This guest house is fantastic for a large family or a group of friends. It is in a lovely secluded location with beautiful views. The kitchen is well stocked for all kinds of cooking and... more

We just returned from a week in Kauai- what a beautiful place! We stayed for three nights at Hale Luana which is a beautiful little B&B with just two rooms and one guest lodge. It's on the North Shore, between Kilauea and Anahola. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, the property is beautiful and has wonderful views. There's a lovely... more
