My husband and I stayed for a week. We loved it! The view was incredible! The rooms were clean and cozy. The hosts, Lily and Michael were the best! We didn't really research our trip beforehand so they were a ton of help with planning, finding our way... We will definitely stay there again.

We booked the King's room as the cheaper rooms were taken - this was definitely worth the price increase for the privacy and lanai. View was more spectacular in person than the pictures suggest. Hot tub is nicely secluded. Kitchen is fully equipped including 6 burner range for making your own meals. Breakfast is only served one day during your... More

Not as praiseworthy as I expected. The single bedroom did have a view of the falls, but that's about it. We were told it was not en suite and had a shared bath. Left out of the conversation was the "bathroom" was 30 feet across the pool deck! Great experience in the rain. The pool deck and hot tub deck... More

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in our private suite in this beautiful house overlooking the valleys and waterfall. We definitely would only book the Kings View room again because of the private lanai that has views of the waterfall and a private bathroom. It's also separated from the rest of the house on the second floor by... More

My husband and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of our trip and we both enjoyed it very much. The view is fantastic even in cloudy conditions. I got some great photos of a rainbow in the inner island mountains. When there’s a clear night, the stars are unbelievable if you come from a heavily populated area... More

We arrived from Maui for a week in Kauai and found Secret Falls Retreat via Trip Advisor. The photos and reviews looked good but you never know what you're going to discover on arrival, thankfully this place was better than we could have hoped; it was amazing! Our room was perfect, the pool and hot tub were great and the... More

I loved it, my girlfriend not as much, therefore, sum of both of us is "average". It is a nice location, quiet and close enough to everything you want to visit or do around. The room we had (pool view) was big and we had a private w/c which is not the case for every room. View is very good... More

We arrived at night and discovered the beauty lying beneath us only the next morning. What a view! We felt blessed and could have lingered much longer. Lily prepared us a delicious breakfast (served only on the first morning) and gave us good recommendations for our wonderings about. We found everything we could wish for (beach towels, laundry, tea etc.).... More

If I could give more stars (or dots to be specific) I would. This place was fantastic. Truly a hidden treasure, as it sits amongst other residential homes in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Kapaa. It doesn't look like much when you first pull in, but once you get inside, and especially out back, you realize that it is... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Secret Falls Retreat. It was our 4th time there. We love the views of the lush foliage and Mt. Wai'ale'ale (when you can see it!) The grounds are beautifully landscaped and cared for by our hosts, Jade & Lily. We loved the new Koi pond recently installed by the kitchen window. Makes washing dishes... More
