There appears to be a lot of communication problems between the GVC and the resort. Both would constantly give us different stories. There are no amenities at the GVC. We stayed at the kings land resort on HGVC property in early June, 2009. The property is still under construction, but you don't hear the noise at all. The condos are very nice..granite countertops, large bathrooms, nice furniture on patio and thru out. Comfortable beds. Nicely landscaped.
