We stayed in Unit 11K. These condos are very well appointed. The three bedroom unit allowed plenty of room for everyone in our family of five to unwind and decompress, which made for a great vacation. The first floor was great for our kids to go easy in and out (ages 10, 13, 16). The door to the Beach Club... More

We stayed for 9 nights at Kolea, our whole visit was 5 star from start to finish. The condo was beautiful with everything you would ever need and very much in keeping with the surroundings. I would like to make a special mention to the staff who maintain the gardens and grounds, they work so hard and do an amazing... More

We had a great time staying in unit 15L, rented from WVR. We were worried that we couldn't book a nice family condo (= separate bedrooms) after school was out in June, and many of the Kolea units were already booked, but we loved this one. It's easy and inexpensive to buy take out lunch at the Gourmet Market /... More

We didn't want to leave from the moment we arrived!! The pictures and online aren't to be trusted - because they don't do it justice on how beautiful it is!!! The villas are incredibly spacious and well equipped and for the price I'm not sure why would stay anywhere else especially a hotel!!!! The beach club access and Hilton access(which... More

My family and I recently stayed at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort in unit 11H - what a find! This two bedroom, two bath modern condo was very well-appointed with all the conveniences one could want. Pocket doors opened to a lanai/balcony with a very nice outdoor kitchen with a partial ocean view. Included was access to a private beach... More

My wife and I, along with another couple, spent a week in June in this luxurious penthouse condominium on the top floor of building 12. The photos we had seen did not prepare us for the sight we would see when we arrived. We arrived after dark and were knocked off our feet when we entered the front door and... More

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom unit in building 15. We rented directly through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I honestly have to say that our unit was perfect. It was spacious, and meticulously clean! It was stocked with all the necessary kitchen gadgets as well as plenty of beach toys and supplies.... More

We stayed in a two bedroom unit on the top floor of building 11. It was very roomy, and the high ceilings made it seem even more so. Most of the top floor units are referred to as "penthouse" units, which is a bit of a stretch! Our unit was very nicely furnished, and all of the units have higher... More

We have stayed here twice, most recently in late June 2014 (9G) and once in late 2013 (9K). We rented through Waikoloa Vacation Rentals, who were great to work with and very responsive. There were no surprises. Kolea is unique as it is the only condo complex in the area with beachfront access. The rates are not cheap, but very... More

This place was perfect. We had the ground floor directly across from the clubhouse and beach. My nephew had a nice grassy area to play in and the condo came fully equipped with toys for him to take to the beach. The condo was stocked with supplies from spices in the kitchen to detergent pods in the laundry. I suggest... More
