First the good: The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had no complaints about the 2-bdrm. we stayed in. All the rooms at Kings Land One overlook at golf course. Dinner at KPC was great with stunning views but expensive, even by Hawaii standards. Next, the mediocre: As others have mentioned, check-in is not easy as rooms are never ready. I... More

The late check in at 4pm is not helpful. Front desk gives you a pager and says they'll send housekeeping to your room. (Even though check out was 10am). 2 hours later, your pager rings. Whenever you are in the elevator, you are sharing it with a salesman/woman trying to sell timeshares. Concierge is lackluster. Called requesting directions, and never... More

When you have to travel half way around the world...or even 5 or 6 hours from the U.S west coast, you will look for a good place to stay. If you come to the Big Island of Hawai'i, then I heartily recommend King's Land as a vacation destination. Alright, I admit that it is a timeshare place, but the units... More

If you are going to travel all the way to Hawaii and being near the ocean is important, this is not the place. No view of anything. Typical timeshare with poor service and expensive prices on everything else. Not worth the money. Spend a few dollars more and have an ocean view.

If you are looking for a premier stay on the Big Island of Hawaii, look no further. This property is outstanding and has it all: Beautiful 1-2 bedroom condominium units with lanai, well-appointed and beautifully decorated living, dining, bed and bathrooms; gorgeous pools and grounds; lots of activities for all ages and diverse interests. But it is really the staff... More

This is relaxing hotel with plenty of space in a 2 bedroom unit for two couples, or perhaps more if necessary. The unit was clean and functional. But note - this hotel is not beachfront- you have to drive to get to the nearest beach. The property is quiet, older clientele and few kids when we visited. Note 2: Check... More

The Hilton King's Land is fairly close to the airport and minutes away from shopping and the beach. Sharing the Hilton Waikoloa Resort amenities is a big plus. The friendly staff and shuttle service to local locations was a big plus. If you are staying in Waikoloa and you want to have a condo experience, this is the place!

Entire Facilities and amenity was one of best, employee service was good. Special event also was fantastic. Generally impressed condition of facility that was one of best vacation but time share charged for member ship was a red flag I found. Thank you

Kings Land is incredible. The Rooms are very luxurious and spacious. Up to date and modern. The grounds are beautiful. Koa the head bellman was the BEST part of our trip. He treated you like you were a VIP from the moment that he met us until the moment that we checked out. He needs a RAISE. He called us... More

I would recommend this location for others traveling to this area. It is close enough to the Hilton Waikoloa Beach Resort, but does allow you to get out of the hustle and bustle of a busy hotel. The food at the Bistro Restaurant was not always terrific, but this is not a location that focuses on restaurant services - it... More
