Stayed here with a family of four recently for a stop-over in VNP. An absolutely wonderful and beautiful property. Our room had a queen size bed so they brought in two foam mattresses with sheets/blankets/pillows for the kids. Breakfast was great with a nice assortment of dish options. The location is ideal, less than 5 minutes from VNP and near... More

We stayed at their Pi'i Mauna house for 2 nights. This house is actually about a 8 to 10 minute drive from the main lodge, and it is in a quiet little residential neighborhood. The house has a rustic mountain lodge feel. It has a huge green lawn backyard, and the location was peaceful and quiet. Except, there were roosters... More

Stayed in the Ola'a Plantation House for 3 nights on our recent trip to Hawaii. The house was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. Daily breakfast at the lodge was included in our stay and proved to be both hearty and delicious! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are headed to Volcano.

The place is charming, however disorganized. Rented a cottage with several bedrooms and a common room. No fridge of coffee maker in the common room (wouldn't it make more sense to make coffee in the common rm than in bedroom, and not to wake everyone up?). The shower has no stream, water evaporates into mist 3 in below shower head... More

A really wonderful place to stay near the Volcano national park. We stayed here recently for 2 nights with our 7 year old son and wanted to show him the volcano national park. The hotel was really great. The food was delicious with the breakfast included. Every detail in the rooms were thought of. We stayed in the Ohia room... More

We spent two nights in Tutu's Place, a two bedroom house about a two minute drive from the lodge in a somewhat secluded setting. Tutu's Place is a pleasantly decorated restored older home, with surprisingly modern bathroom fixtures and a nice mix of antique pieces, original art, and modern furnishings and conveniences including a flat screen TV. Our family of... More

This house is owned and rented by the Kilauea Lodge and is only a short distance away in a quiet setting next to a golf course. The two bedrooms are divided by a lanai with your own private hot tub. Both rooms have sitting areas with a sofa and chairs. One side has a small kitchen with everything you need... More

Our family stayed here for two nights so we could be close to the national park. It was in a lush setting. The kids thought the winding paths and trees and gazebo were neat. One rainy afternoon, we were able to hang out in the game room and play a couple of the board games they keep there. The cottage... More

Stayed for one night only on our trip to Hawaii. Wonderful reception from the staff, well appointed room and good gardens to explore. We ate there that evening, the food and service was absolutely fantastic, great choice on menu, well cooked and presented. The wine list gave a good choice at reasonable prices and my wife said that the Mai... More
