We arrived in the evening (I highly recommend you arrive during the day). When we arrived at the cottage, all the lights were on which was a very welcoming feeling. We stayed 3 nights at the Nahele cottage, managed by Kilauea Cottages. The management is very nice and low-key; we never met them the whole time! We left our check on the table when we checked out and that was all good with them. They had food in the fridge for breakfast when we arrived, so I know they exist.... more
