We were originally scheduled to stay at the Teapot in March 2009, but through some unfortunate circumstances were forced to cancel. We knew the cancellation policy of no refunds within 30 days and that we would lose our money unless the room could be rebooked. Fortunately the owners received a request for the same dates and the room was rebooked.... more

We spent three nights here celebrating our 20th anniversary. This is not your ordinary B&B. It is a cozy comfortable cottage that is replenished daily with fresh fruits and baked breads and more. The kitchen is very well stocked. Even though it poured throughout our stay we had a wonderful time thanks to the exceptional surroundings. The cottage is well... more

Two nights was not long enough for us!! This cottage is amazing. I surprised my husband when we were on the Big Island. The fifth night of our stay in Kona, I told him we would be packing our bags and going to this lovely cottage. Both my husband and myself enjoyed this cottage very much and would recommend this... more

This cozy cottage was beyond our expectations. It is nicely set back allowing privacy. The landscaping is beautiful. The cottage if fully stocked, everything we might need was at our fingertips. The hot tub was a special treat after a day hiking and exploring. We enjoyed the breakfast pastries, fruit , quiche and the other many wonderful foods left for us.... more

We just got back from our second stay at the Volcano Teapot Cottage. Our first stay at the Volcano Teapot Cottage in 2007 was so wonderful that we decided to make another trip all the way from Texas. Bill and Antoinette are such gracious hosts. They have thought of everything. The breakfast offerings are so numerous that it is impossible... more

We stayed for three nights and this is a great place in a great location. Quiet, private, peaceful. I have no complaints. Wish I could have stayed for a week. Bill and Antoinette were perfect hosts-- provided excellent food/ drinks, advice and items needed to explore the area and eat. There are a few great places to eat in Volcano--Kiawe... more

We stayed two nights at Volcano Teapot Cottage, and it was perfect in all respects. Bill and Antoinette were both lovely hosts, and made sure that we had every little thing we needed, and even some we didn't anticipate (like the nice cushy robes!). It's an incredibly detailed hideaway, convenient to Volcano National Park, but truly, we could have just... more

We stayed at the Volcano Teapot cottage for three nights and truly relaxed there. It's a cozy little cottage with a hot tub in the garden. Antoinette and Bill respected our privacy (they restocked the bulging refrigerator when we were not there) but they were only a phone call away when we wanted advice. We loved it. It took two... more

My husband & I were lucky to have discovered the Teapot Cottage on our anniversary trip to the Big Island. We stayed at this charming house tucked away in the rain forests of Volcano Village for 3 days and seriously contemplated staying longer despite our reservations in Kohala. It truly was home away from home! We loved how cozy the... more

My wife and I stayed at the Teapot in April of 2008 during our Honeymoon. The cottage is a charming and remote alternative to resort-style accommodations found throughout Hawaii. We were impressed with the cozy atmosphere and the attention to detail in preparing the cottage for each visitor. Included in the lodging package are snacks and breatfast for consumption each... more
