Great hosts, beautiful traditional Hawaiian home in a beautiful rain forest setting with flowers everywhere. We stayed in the Alpine Room. Very big studio room with double doors leading out to a lanai. We enjoyed having breakfast with 3 other families and hearing what they recommended to see and where to eat. It's a great location to be close to... More

Aloha Junction was conveniently located near the entrance to Volcano National Park giving us the opportunity to witness the colorful volcano at night. The accommodations were very clean. We had a suite of rooms large enough for six, although we were just two. Breakfast was served family style and everything was homemade.

That's great experience staying in the B&B. Very delicious breakfast and change the menu very day. The owner is very helpful. We left quite earlier in the morning and he got up to help us open the gate.

Our first night in Hawaii. We tried to book a second night but it was full. After a long day of travel, we were delighted with our room, the nearby restaurant and evening views at the park. After we were rested we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the other guests who were traveling by bicycle. I would definitely... More

We felt very welcome and the rooms and bathrooms were clean Breakfast was plentiful and Robert provided alternatives for my wife's dairy allergies. We were encouraged to help ourselves to the oranges, lemons, and kale on the property The grounds however were not well kept. We did not bring a laptop, but were allowed ( encouraged ) to use the hours... More

We have booked 10 nights in the Gardenview room but had to take off with massive health problems after 2 nights. During the first night I already got severe itching and my girlfriend got strong asthma. In the last holiday we were even camping in cold damp weather, but the tent was a lot more comfortable as this fleabag and... More

The B&B was clean, spacious and we REALLY liked Robert, the owner. We had the Pele room which can accommodate up to six people. The breakfast was wonderful...pancakes, sausages, eggs, fruit and coffee or tea. You can use the kitchen anytime you need to. The location is near the volcano.

The Aloha Junction B&B is REALLY close to the entrance of the Volcanoes National Park, the Visitor Center and the Jaggar Observatory (where you go to see the volcano fumes glowing lava pit at night). Robert was very attentive to detail upon our arrival, and served us hearty and delicious breakfast. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean (amazing bedsheets).... More

This place was wonderful! The rooms were beautiful with excellent internet and a helpful host. The location is great, really close to the park. The breakfasts were good, done communal style with pancakes, french toast or waffles plus sausage and fruit. There is access to the kitchen at other times. The host is very helpful and knows the area well.
