This is the best Bed and Breakfast by far. Robert the owner was so very welcoming and courteous. It was four of us ladies and Robert made us all feel comfortable and right at home from the beginning. He presented all of the amenities to us and told us about all of the different attractions and near by restaurants. The... More

We booked a room, specifically for 2 adults and 2 children, on booking.com for $125. After we booked it, we got a confirmation e-mail, which says there will be extra $40 fee for the 2 children. I was surprised by it, and it was too late to cancel. The owner asked to swipe my card, and kept saying that, "booking.com... More

My mother is 86, and we're no spring chicken either. We did a "mother & daughters" trip to the Big Island for one last hurrah last week and stayed here for 2 nights. Robert, the host is wonderful and make us feel very welcome. My mother, not speaking much English, is especially impressed by the personal touches and hospitality of... More

Very close to Volcano National Park, nice rooms and attention was great by Robert. We stayed just two nights, and we felt like home; all facilities, and great breakfast. Maybe they can pay attention to bed clothing, in order to check its smell. Thanks!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful surroundings only a few minutes' drive from the national park. A hospitable host who served amazing breakfasts each day. The rooms are large and comfortable. A shared living and dining room, but enough privacy in the rooms for couples or families. There are some small grocery/general stores, post office, and laundromat nearby.

This is one of those places where you go when you want to relax and unwind. It was very quiet and the grounds were well kept. There are dogs on the property, but they are very polite and friendly. (They mostly just sleep in the middle of the driveway, so you would want to watch for this when parking.) We... More

This place is really close to the Volcano National Park- so it's convenient. It's a small bed & breakfast, cozy, and home-y. For some reason, I didn't realize that we were getting one room in a really big house with a shared living room, kitchen etc. Regardless, it was a nice stay! The Heritage Room was nice and big, comfortable... More

We are a family of four (two teens) and stayed one night while visiting Volcano National Park. This is a great location and Robert quickly makes you feel right at home. Very clean and has everything and more that you may need for your stay from flashlights and raincoats to band aids and mouthwash! The house and grounds make this... More

Aloha Junction B&B has a great location, right outside of Volcanoes National Park. You are surrounded by greenery, so you feel secluded. Very pretty well maintained lawn. You have a balcony that is nice and peaceful. The beds are the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Very nice and peaceful. I inquired if we would be able to... More
