We traveled over from Kono to see the volcano,on arrival Gorden told us the best way around to do our trip and it all worked out just great we saw everthing we wanted to see in one evening and the following morning. We stopped in the kai room it was pretty good the breakfast was just amazing more

We stayed at My Island B & B for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed all that was available. We stayed in the yellow room and found it comfortable, quiet, and very clean. I remember as a decent room to stay, nothing spectacular, but good. the best was the family who runs it. Very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast and huge portions. My Island B&B is very conveniently located for visiting the national park. The physical layout is only so-so. We were in the family room, so we had lots of space and our own half bath, but oddly no door at the top of the stairs. There is a community refrigerator but no cooking privileges.
