This is a beautiful B & B in a beautiful city with amazing views. The rooms/cottages have had such attention to detail that it's amazing. I didn't want to leave. The hosts are generous and very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and worked well with my schedule. I would stay here in a heart beat. Went to Fujimama's restuarant for... more

We stayed in the "tree top suite" for 4 nights in June and enjoyed our stay a lot. Very nice rooms, outstanding view and excellent breakfast. The owners Erika and Derrik are also very nice people. So we can highly recommend this place. more

My husband and I stayed in the Dream Room. I initially thought they were exaggerating when they said we could stargaze from the alcove in our room...but it's the truth! Tons of stars to see on a clear night, from the cozy comfort of our room. During the day, the view is also outstanding of Mauna Kea. I was impressed... more

We spent 3 nights in the Garden Cottage at "Aaah, The Views": it was a fine stay, for a lot of reasons. First of all, the location: Waimea is in an ideal position to explore the Kohala region, Mauna Kea, Manua Loa, Waipi'o and, to some extent, the Kona Coast. You need to like rain and fog a bit, however... more

February 26, 2009 My wife and I just returned from three weeks on three different Hawaiian islands, the last one being Hawaii. We read the other reviews, and almost all of them stress the attributes which we enjoyed so much. Erika and Derek's hospitality, professionalism and knowledge of the island and what it offers are fantastic. The premises are spotless,... more

we just stayed at "Aaah The Views" for our second time and we loved it. We stayed here 4 years ago on our first trip to Hawaii and came back because we liked it so much. Not much had changed and that's a good thing :-) Erika and Derek a great and very friendly hosts. The dream room is actually... more

Delightful hosts, spacious rooms, gorgeous views, wonderful breakfasts? Yes, of course. But this B&B has more - the little things (spacious bathrooms, TV, DVD, sound system, lots of extra towels, and an easy going charm) that make for a truly relaxing stay. Delightful in every way. more

We stayed at the Garden Cottage in Aaah the Views B&B. The Cottage was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. Erika was a wonderful hostess - her breakfasts were huge and delicious, and she had great suggestions for things to do in Big Island. The B&B is centrally located for exploring Waipio valley, Hawi and the Kohala coast. We absolutely loved... more

It has been a perfect setting for a family gathering prior to a daughter's wedding. Erika is a gracious host and we enjoyed our breakfast chat with her. My husband and I stayed at the dream room, and the kids (2 young couples and a 12 year old) stayed at the Treetop Suite. It is a perfect location for us,... more

For our first visit to Hawaii's Big Island, we could not have stayed at a better place than "Aaah The Views." The setting is a jewel, the breakfasts were delicious, and Erika and Derek's hospitality was superb ... welcoming, willing, knowledgeable, genuine. The views from our room, the "Dream Room," were priceless as you can see from the attached 2... more
