We absolutely loved our stay here! There are only 2 rental rooms and the layout is well thought out as it offers both privacy and great views. Lonn Armour prepares an amazing (and I mean AMAZING) breakfast each morning. He serves fruit and coffee that he grows right on the property. The fresh squeezed orange juice is like dessert, especially... More

The B&B consists of two identical suites. The suites are great with a big living room, private lanai and bathroom (shower and whirlpool). The view of the lanai is over the owners coffee farm with the ocean in the background. The breakfast was great: Fresh food from the owners garden and local farmer markets, own brewed coffee and way more.... More

Lonn Armour's hospitality and gourmet breakfasts exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful! The view from the deck as we walked to the room was amazing. It looked down over Kailua-Kona and the ocean. The room was much bigger than we expected with a large shower and separate jacuzzi tub and a king-sized bed. The private lanai had complete privacy... We splurged a bit for a two night stay here to wrap up our trip (usually are hunting for budget accommodations) however the breakfast's were out of this world and the suites were spacious and complete making this b&b a great overall value. Also wonderful recommendations and plenty of other resources on hand such as guide books and beach towels.... More

This B and B has 2 large rooms on the hilltop overlooking the coffee trees each with a private lanai. Breakfast was a treat-the owner Lonn used to be a chef and offers a lot of information along with his gourmet breakfasts. Our son had visited 3 years prior and recommended it and we were not disappointed. Each room has... More

This was a wonderful find. The 2 suites are separated by a long porch and house is well away from road, thus total quiet and privacy. Suite itself was clean and comfortable: ceiling fan, good mattress, fluffy towels, frig with brita pitcher, nice view from lanai. Lonn was creative and accommodating with our breakfast needs: we are still talking about... More

My husband and I really enjoyed being away from the hubbub of Kona and sitting on your private Lanai with a glass of wine taking in the view down to the coast was just lovely. Lonn was a great host and his breakfasts are just legendary. We were wondering every day what we would be feasting on this time. It... More

I agree with the other reviewers that this B and B is the "Best". Lon is a wonderful host who makes the best breakfasts. It was fun to get up in the morning to see what feast was being served. I do mean feast since portions in Hawaii are "supersized". The eggs huevo ranchero were my favorite but all were... More

We spend the first 3 nights of our Hawaii trip at this B&B and it was a great way to start. There are 2 units located at opposite ends of the house, so our room was private and quiet (except for the occasional squealing of the wild pigs at night). From 1000 feet up in the Kona hills, we enjoyed... More
