I am pleased to tell you about Bill and Patty's beautiful resort-style Bed and Breakfast. First off, the photos posted, although quite awesome, only give a glimpse of how wonderful this B&B truly is! I am serious! You really need to come to the Big Island and experience this B&B for yourself! We came just after Christmas to the 4th... More

We stayed in the Cuckoo nest (anex building) and loved every minute of it! A welcome change in decor from the usual chintz that you see in Hawaiian hotels, modern bathroom and furniture laced with local feel. Cuckoo nest has it's own lanai which is a nice touch, perfect for catching a cheeky sunset with a beer! You have access... More

Too many great things to say about our stay at the B&B. Bill and Patty were excellent hosts, giving us a wealth of information about the Big Island and spot-on recommendations for food and recreational activities. Their puppy Khaleesi was a blast to play with (no barking and very well trained). The food options are quite good (both options Bill... More

Bill is a marvelous host with lots of good recommendations for restaurants and activities. His B&B has two rooms, each with a beautiful view of the Pacific. The rooms are immaculate, with zen-like features including temperpedic mattresses, beautiful hardwoods, and a spacious well-appointed bathroom. We stayed in the smaller, downstairs room with access to the home's private lanai. I thought... More

Stay here when you are in Kona and you will not be disappointed! Beautiful room, grounds, view and Bill and Patty are great hosts. The pictures posted show exactly what you get. Short drive to Kona and nature all around. We stayed in the Kokua Nest and loved the privacy of our own lanai, but knew that Bill was nearby... More

Bill and Patty are the best. The accommodations are magnificent and everything was better than we'd hoped. We will be back for sure. Bill was full of stories and great recommendations for activities and restaurants. So glad we stayed there. 100% recommended.

We stayed at Haleakala B&B in late May and again in early June this year. Bill and his wife are wonderful folks, knowledgeable about the island, dining, and always there to provide assistance. They made us feel like family. Our stay included both rooms and we enjoyed the amenties in each, although the 'Nest' is a bit more private. Highly... More

This place is simply awesome. Very well maintained, Bill, our host was really good about making sure he had everything in place to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with him and learning about the island. he also has really good tips on the island's hidden treasures. The place is cozy, warm and romantic, not to mention the unbelievable... We Finished our month long journey on our Dream trip with a stay At Bills lovely hillside home. We cannot thank him enough for all he did. Gave us good ideas as to what to do on our 4 days we had there. Helped us pick very good restaurants for dinner. Even provided us with a cooler to keep ice... More

The stay was like paradise! The room with private bath was very comfortable. With the outdoor shower and the terrace with ocean view we couldn't imagine a better place to stay during our holiday. Bill is a wonderful host. His recommendations were always super. It is 10 minutes from the center of Kona but you need a car anyway if... More
