We stayed here for 4 nights of our two week stay in Hawaii in July. Out of the 3 places we stayed, I was most excited about our stay here because of all the fabulous reviews and beautiful pics online. This place surpassed my high expectations! From the moment you arrive, you feel surrounded by peace, beauty and tranquility. The... More

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights. Everything that we hoped for this place exceeded. We stayed in the Hibiscus room and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was freshly made from their own produce, the ambience was very homely and relaxing. We used the hot tub located outside to watch the sunset, it was clean and inviting.

There is very little that could be done to improve this unusual and nearly perfect B&B. Located on the coffee-growing hillside above Kona and adjacent to the historic village of Holualoa that is now something of an artists' colony, this Inn is a place of beauty and serenity. The view of the ocean and coastline from the Inn is unbelievable.... More

My son recently had his reception at the Holualoa Inn. The grounds of the inn overlooking Kona Bay were spectacular and beautiful. It was a small, intimate place where about fifty guests could enjoy the scenery and have a leisurely dinner served by a caterer.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this exotic, spacious home. Yes, I rented the whole home for my family to use as their own. This turned out to be a wonderful staycation for us who are from Oahu. My granddaughters (age 9 and 14) thought they were in fantasy land. The place was all ours. The pool was all ours.... More

I can't think of a better gift for your family than a whole estate rental of Holualoa Inn. The Inn was originally built as a private residence so it is perfectly suited to bring everyone together, three generations of your beautiful family enjoying one another in the Great Room, Ohana Room and by the pool. So much mahalo for choosing... More

My husband and I stayed at this exceptional place for a week as an anniversary celebration. I fell in love with the inn on line and and it exceeded all expectations. The inn was busy with other guests that we would see at breakfast but most of the time we felt we had this elegant, inviting house all to ourselves.... More

Gorgeous property both inside and out with attention to the finer details from landscaping to bedding. We booked the Gardenia Suite and highly recommend it for the amazing views. From the moment we arrived until we left for the airport, my husband and I were enchanted with Holualoa Inn! We flew over to the Big Island for a 5 day getaway from our own rental business in Maui. Consider Holualoa Inn your Big Island home away from home and our staff your Big Island ohana! We hope you'll come home often. The coffee trees are in bloom today - we call it Kona snow. We stayed at Holualoa for two nights at the end of a week trip on the big island. What a beautiful place, truly magical. The grounds were magnificent as well as our room, the Plumeria suite. The staff was amazing too. It's a bit pricey, but worth every cent. Will definitely stay again in the future.
