Just the drive up to the Inn is a little story of itself, beautiful and stunning views awaits you on the approximately 5-10 minutes drive from the main road. And when you get there, you feel a complete peacefulness you never felt before. I never stayed at an Inn that made me felt so relaxing at once. The rooms offers... More

My wife and I spent three nights in the Orchid Room this month. We both loved our visit. The room was small but very nice. The stunningly beautiful grounds more than make up for shortcomings elsewhere. The waterfall and bamboo garden trails are magnificent. The drive through macadamia orchards to reach the Inn is wonderful in itself. A few reviews... More

My husband and I stayed here January 14 - 16, 2015. Lenny and his wife were wonderful hosts. A trail leading through rare bamboo and down to their waterfalls was beautiful. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay and they all were beautifully decorated and each had something special about them. One had a private entrance, one a... More

The Inn is located above 15 mins above Hilo on a macadamia nut farm in lovely grounds. The position is lovely and quiet and overlooks the waterfalls. You can walk down to the bottom of the falls and swim in the pond but just remember you also need to walk back up again. The room I had was comfortable and... More

We arrived at night and so couldn't see the waterfall. We stayed on the lower floor of Harmony house, in the Lehua room, one of the smallest rooms they have, and the window was open and faced towards the falls. The sound of the falls was so relaxing that it made falling asleep sooooo easy. Lenny, his wife, and the... More

We stayed in the queen lili room which is a very nice room with a great ocean view. The waterfall offers a wonderful scenery from the breakfast terrace and makes a gentle background music. The breakfast is a very enjoyable moment to share with the other guests and the hosts... and the food is great and healthy ! The people... More

We stayed at the Inn at Kulaniapia Falls for only 1 night, so take our review with a grain of salt. We were disappointed almost from the start. We didn't realize that when we arrived there would be no innkeeper and we would go to a board and then let ourselves into our room. We stayed at the Pagota which... More

We vacationed on Kauai, Maui then the Big Island. Had found this little bit of heaven on the internet, never stayed at a B & B before so we were quite hesitant. I have to say, this was the best part of our trip. Short drive from the Hilo airport, through lush greenery and macadamia groves. We were greeted two... More

We really loved our 2 nights here and the grounds and people. It was hard to find only because the city of Hilo has crazy streets that are hard to find & read at night. If the Inn could email detailed info to find the main road leading out of town (starts with a different name), then the stay is... More
