Just what you want in a b&b. Friendly yet not overbearing hosts, clean & lovely rooms, astounding views, quiet and breezy. The food Svetlana creates is unbelievably good. Fantastic all around!!! Thanks Lee & Svetlana!!

Lee and Svetlana are superb hosts. -such charm, humor and generosity. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at their hidden property. Nestled high above the ocean the sweeping views of ocean and sunsets are inspiring. And touring the gardens is lovely; they have a charming ecosystem with their handsome chickens and beautiful "wild" birds, lots of exotic plants,... More

We stayed at the Aloha Guest House for 8 nights between Christmas and New Year and "no kidding" all the rave reviews are true. We learned a lot about Hawaii from our gracious hosts and Svetlana is a true chef although she would modestly disagree. This is a place you will never forget -- take the opportunity to stay here... We had the pleasure of staying at the Aloha Guest house in 2009 and were somewhat hesitant to book again when we realized it was under new ownership. How could it possibly measure up to the high standards of the former owners? Well, the moment we met Lee and Svetlana, we felt that this would be a wonderful stay, and... More

The hosts: Lee and Svetla are fantastic hosts. Svetla's an amazing cook and Lee is warm and lively. We received a personal tour, upon request, of their property which has a number of fruit trees and live chickens; we loved that! Svetla even makes jam from her fruit trees so make sure to buy a few jars before you leave,... More

Wonderful place. Clean, beautiful rooms, incredible view. Peaceful balcony to relax on. Delicious breakfast with great conversation. Up the hill in a serene setting. Nice and away from touristy spots. Throughly enjoyed it. Favorite place we stayed on the island!

Perhaps the best bed and breakfast in which I've ever stayed. The food was phenomenal, the views breathtaking, and the staff friendly and accommodating (all the beach and picnic gear you could need, free to borrow). It was not by the beach, but you could see the ocean and were isolated from the city streets, surrounded by beautiful Hawaii. I... More

This had to be our best B&B experience ever. Wonderful scenic tropical location. Welcoming hosts, gourmet breakfast. Very clean, with a very comfortable bed. They have all the beach gear you will need to experience the wonderful snorkling that can be had right down the road. We found excellent, reasonably priced, dining close by - Lee will give you some... More

If you're unsure whether to book Aloha Guest House, please allow me to help you make up your mind. Definitely go for it! Lee and Svetlana and wonderful hosts - very attentive and helpful, they really make you feel part of their family. Svetlana's breakfasts are quite simply glorious and would be note-worthy in a luxury hotel. Everything is locally-sourced... More

Fully agree with all other positive reviews: The “road” is a challenge, but totally worth the effort; Lee and Svetlana are amazing hosts; the breakfasts are first-rate, from the super Kona coffee to the amazing fruit to Svetlana’s delicious baked treats. The views are awesome and the screened lanai is perfect for relaxing. While on the small side, our guest... More
