My wife and I decided on a second honeymoon on the Big Island and this couldn't have been a better place for a romantic, quiet, welcoming, delicious stay. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with most everything on the menu grown right here on the property. The rooms are unique and feature breath-taking views of the Kona area and the ocean... More

My wife and I stayed at the Aloha Guest House in April of 2015 and we had a wonderful stay. With stellar views, clean rooms, and awesome breakfasts, the Aloha Guest house is one of the best bed & breakfasts we have stayed at anywhere. Lee and Svetlana are the best and were even gracious enough to give us a... More

We stayed two nights in this little piece of paradise and had a fantastic time. The breakfasts are AMAZING, thank you Lee & Svetlana, made with local produce and eggs gathered on the property from their own happy free-range hens. The views are simply unbeatable. We has zero problems with the driveway in our little economy rental car. We would... More

Lee and Svetlana and great! Great location, great accommodations and great breakfasts. Cane say enough good about this place. Driveway is terrible, but as others have said the place is your reward for the driveway. Just be careful driving up.

My husband and I enjoyed 4 wonderful nights at the Aloha Guest House. Lee and Svetlana were wonderful hosts, the rooms were clean, comfortable and the breakfasts delicious! Old Tobacco Road was a daily adventure in and of itself!! A little rough but totally doable! Our favorite day was the day we packed a cooler, chairs and towels (all provided... More

We've stayed 5 nights in Lee's &Svetlana's guest house and this place is just perfect! Delicious homemade breakfast with local ingredients, a wonderful garden, very clean & cosy rooms and great hosts. Best b&b ever!

We loved our first visit to the Aloha House one year ago. So in February 2015, we returned for 13 nights. It is our idea of perfect. The drive up the mountainside to this B&B is pure Hawaii adventure (passing avocado, citrus, banana, coffee and papaya trees, wild turkeys and pheasants) on a minimally paved road that ends at the... We spent four nights at Aloha Guest House. We stayed in the Honu Room with kitchenette, opening out to the covered lanai for use by all guests, with a view to the coastline. Svetlana's sit-down breakfasts, including eggs and fruits grown on the property, are not to be missed! The road is a bit intimidating but we were able to... More

We stayed at Aloha Guest House for 3 nights mid January and loved it! Its so quiet and peaceful with an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. Its up a mountain directly above the Place of Refuge and a great snorkeling beach. Amazing to sit on the lanai and listen to the birds and watch sunset over the ocean.... More

This is one of the best places I've stayed at so I'm reviewing it. If you are not a good driver, you might want a jeep to get up the driveway, but it's no problem in a mustang convertible provided you go one wheel at a time in a couple of obvious spots. Your reward after negotiating the driveway is... More
