Old, dirty, smells like smoke. Refrigerator dirty and full of prior occupants food. Scary people in parking lot. Never again. Staff was friendly, but not enough to offset nasty place. Can’t really believe this place is still open.

I broke down in Worland and had to find somewhere I could afford to stay. When I went in to the Town House they did all they could to help me. They had a great price and my room was very clean. The owner helped me figure out where to eat based on what I was wanting. Which I thought was cool, that he took his time to help me. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, there was a pickup truck in the parking lot with 4 guys in it, praying. Kinda creeped us out, but whatever. Upon opening the door, our room was disgusting. The carpets were filthy. I pulled back the sheet on one of the beds and found FOOD in the bed on the mattress - like dried up fruit loops, cheerios, dirt. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling. The room STUNK. I felt extremely uncomfortable in this hotel. My husband went to the front desk and told them we wouldn't be staying, and their son gave us a refund. About 5 minutes later, as we were just going to open the door to walk out, we had a knock at the door. The woman owner told us "you are not leaving". I said "Oh yes, we are!" and she proceeded to argue with me that we had pulled the bedding back from the bed and that we had "used the room". I told her there was food in the bed, and she immediately accused US of putting it there!!! This place is a dump and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy stay here. Avoid!!!

When got there people were sitting on the steps blocking our way to get up. The bed was like a cardboard box, some of the plug ins didn't work. Decor was very outdated, like the 80's called they want their decor back outdated (seriously). No pool and the lock wouldn't latch on the door. NOPE!!

Room is clean but very dated. Paint is fresh & fridge is large. The TVs are flat screen. Had 2 window air conditioners but one had the knobs broken. The smoke alarm must have been getting a low battery because the cover was off & in a drawer with an ancient looking 9-volt battery. Said drawers were crummy though. Everything seems pretty old & would be OK for half price. Our room had 3 queen beds so fits our family of 7 with the 1 year old in a Pack-n-play.

Room was just awful...really run down in fact...plugs were falling out of their sockets everywhere...bulbs exploding in lamps...fridge smelled absolutely disgusting....feet were sticking to the floor the carpet was so dirty...bed sheets were clean but really itched...bathroom was clean...but enamel flaking off the bottom of the bath...and the grout of the tiling in the shower has seen better days...couldn't close the bathroom door without slamming it shut...and almost unable to open it again!...towels were clean but hard as bricks and old...you need to call the 70's because they want their furniture back...at $80 a night this was not cheap either!...was woken every morning between 5 and 6am with the people upstairs I presume just walking around...quite a lot of noise at night as they have a lot of workers staying...couldn't use the washer or dryer in the laundry room as the 3 times I went in it was full of someone else's clothes...also...old food packets and stuff laying around everywhere....the ice was okay though.even though one machine was broken!....the day we left I was itching and covered in some kind of bites...probably from the old carpet on the floor...the a it conditioner was really loud...we asked for nobody to come into our room while we were out...but came back to the air conditioner switched off and the room like an oven...I would never stay here again...ever...it's a place for workmen etc when they are working away from home...in the oil fields etc...but not for tourists etc...very disappointing visit indeed...and one staff member can hardly speak a word of English yet she was left in charge....how was she supposed to understand what we were saying?....all in all just horrendous...this place should be knocked down and something rebuilt...it's that bad!

If you need a place to sleep and don't want to pay the Cody price tag, look no further. Gas was $0.20 cheaper. Kahn was awesome, room was clean, quiet, and spacious. BTW, if night-driving, beware the desert bunnies on your way south. They seem to have a collective death-wish.

Nice, decent place and not too expensive. They are right downtown so it is easy to get around places. The staff was AMAZING! When I had some issues with a problem they were right there to direct me. I enjoyed their stay.

This place is old and run down. The tub would not drain, and the bathroom door would not close. The air conditioner was so loud you could not sleep. The room was small with painted brick walls. It was not that low of price either. Spend a few dollars more and go elsewhere.
