Absolutely terrible. Filthy bathrooms, unpleasant and unhelpful staff, unsightly grounds (construction equipment laying about), and WAY WAY WAY overpriced. I foolishly booked this in a hurry without reading tripadvisor comments- you are at least forewarned. This place is far away from Jackson Hole, and I really don't know how they are still in business. They will be gone or bought... More

Look for Fireside Resort sign. That is it. When you turn in, you drive past about twenty contemporary (think IKEA) 1-BR cottages which look really cool with flat screen TVs and kitchenettes. Then comes the campground. We had a nice shady pull thru site without any problems that other visitors noted. The grounds were nicely kept and the site was... More

Do not go there. Super expensive. No value what so ever. They are in the middle of nowhere and do not keep elementary groceries. no faciities for kids either. They charge 150$ a night (X3 than anywhere else) for practicaly nothing. They are not even very nice. I guess they know the guests will not be returning so why buther.... More

Congratulations to their website design company for making a terrible excuse of an RV park look wonderful! The pictures and park description are obviously taken from somewhere else, not at this park! The road into the park is dusty and full of speed bumps you cannot see. The interior roads have some gravel and a lot of dirt! Our site... More

WAY overpriced! Place is worn down but is charging rates like it was a 5 star RV park. Read GarryL's review. Aboslutley everything he states is true. Our site was so close to the other sites that I had a heck of a time getting pulled out and had no chance of even thinking about opening the awning. Glad I... More

On a three week trip, this was by the far the most expensive campsite we visited. Because of that, we expected a lot more than we received. We never were able to use the internet the five nights we were there. They kept insisting that it worked but it never worked for us. They had a hot tub but it... More

We stayed three nights at the campground portion of this resort. We had originally booked a "premium" spot, which would include satellite TV, wi-fi, and full hookups (electric, sewer and water). However, when we arrived, we were told we did not have a premium spot, but instead a standard spot. We went to the spot they had given us. It... More

We started our trip staying seven nights at the Grizzly RV park in West Yellowstone, an area in great demand, just as much as the Grand Teton area. Afterwards, when we got to the Jackson Hole Campground and turned in off the main road, the dusty gravel drive literally lined with weeds that were upwards of 2-3 feet tall kind... More

We have been traveling to Jackson Hole every other year and have been staying at this place for over 20 years. We have always been statisfied ( we kept... More

We stayed here for two nights at the end of September. The campground is a little hard to find, and goes by the name of Fireside Resort (that is what is on the sign, so look for that). It is in a semi-residential area outside of the town of Jackson proper. The sites are level, lightly wooded and have a... More
