We stayed at this RV park on the way to what we were hoping and praying to be an amazing Yellowstone vacation for our family. We initially stayed on Sunday and felt welcomed. The RV park is older but honestly if you want super fancy facilities it is best to contend with KOAs which I personally find to be far... More

Our family had mixed feelings about this place. The employees were nice and the campground felt safe. However, the facilities were rundown and in need of repair. We looked in the shower house and chose to skip showering--they were small, dark and showed their age. Also, you had to pay to shower. The grass was in desperate need of mowing.... More

Stayed in 40 ft motorhome. Met by apparent drugged out hippie, disgruntled with the owners that were away. Everything was in disrepair and in need of heavy maintenance. Appeared not safe if you travel with children. Loose dogs and their droppings, unclean hot pools, inoperative internet, oh, just a real deplorable site. Way overpriced at that!

We decided to pack a tent and go stay here primarily so that we could swim in the HUGE mineral pool. We arrived late but we were greeted by a friendly man who told my husband to jump in the golf cart and ride with him to go pick out a tent site. The tent sites were a lot more... More

What could be a fantastic RV camping location has been neglected too long and is in desperate need of a major overhaul. We've visited Fountain of Youth over the past several years mainly because of its great mineral hot spring pool, and were willing to overlook some of its imperfections. This year however, we decided we will not return, because... More

We stayed here for one night on a recent road trip. We chose it over another park in the area because the reviews of the other park said the spaces were cramped. I wish we would have gone with cramped. The site we were in was next to what looked like permanent residents who were extremely shady. Never once did... More

We should have checked google maps for train tracks before stoping here. Trains passed by within 50 feet of out camp all hours of the night. Waking us up every time. The pool was ok if you understand it's feed naturally from a hot spring. There was some sort of bugs or tadpoles living in the pool. But you would... More

The Fountain of Youth used to be a sparkling gem. Not a diamond necessarily but a nice, informal park where one could stay, not catch a disease and sit in the hot pool. Like the Pachycephalosaurus and my youthful idealism, that Fountain of Youth no longer exists. But, a friend mentioned they were staying there so we rented a cabin... More

We read the reviews and booked 2 nights with the Fountain of Youth. Grass, Shade, Level, Pet Friendly, Good Price and Friendly Folk. Larry and Georgie were out hosts. We felt welcomed right away. Sure, there is a highway and train track nearby - didn't seem like a big deal to me. The train only came by a couple times... More

I had read all the other reviews and thought no way. I decided to stay one night to see if the reviews were true.. We ended up staying a total of 4 nights. What a place to stay. Here are the reasons why. 1. The pool smells, but you expect that from a mineral hot springs. The pool was clean,... More
