Close to everything and easy to find. Really nice front desk representatives. Great room. Spacious with extra plugs for all our phones and Ipads. Nice shower. Very clean and comfortable. They do serve breakfast and had a variety of hot and cold items. Kitchen staff was also very nice. There are no elevators. They have a pool/hot spring that always... More

This hotel is very clean, well kept, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Right inside the park, and close to a great trail for hiking and running along the river. The pool area, including a natural hot springs spa, is sparkling clean, easily accessible, and very relaxing. A great place to stay where the spa is a perfect way to relax after... More

The BW is a small historic hotel. I believe there are only 36 rooms in the place. It is on the national historic registry since it was first established a century ago as a hotel/apartment complex serving the mineral hot springs. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. It is located in the Hot Springs State Park area and... More

What a unique experience with this historic hotel that makes Thermopolis seem more like a destination rather than a simple stop over on the way to Yellowstone. Great look and feel of an early 20th century building but completely rebuilt with excellent amenities.

Best Western at its best. This small resort hotel is located within walking distance to Hot Springs State Park and all the different activities in the park. The naturally spring fed Hot Tub was wonderful along with the fresh water pool. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and well appointed. Read the historic markers on and around this historic place. The... More

A very nice stay, once again. We enjoy coming to Thermopolis just to relax at this hotel. Fishing is great in this area and the soaking pool gives my wife something enjoyable to do while I fish some with Owl Creek Guides.

Booked the room on Orbitz a couple days before we planned on going. Didnt pay attention to bed size details, so we ended up with a full size bed. I am 6'5", so right away new this wasnt going to work. The front desk staff was more than helpful to accommodate us with a different room, with no additional charge.... More

Located in a small historic property within a lovely park, this hotel has been nicely refurbished and is well-maintained. Our rooms were large with simple attractive decor. The bathroom had upscale fixtures and featured a large walk-in shower (no tub). There were 3 windows overlooking the green park and attractive pool area. We extended our quick overnight stay by a... This is by far the best hotel to stay at in Thermopolis. I grew up in Wyoming and this was my first time back to visit the Hot Springs since I was a kid. I brought my own family with me this time, and could not have been more pleased with the hotel, staff and location. They are all top-notch!... More

Our family stayed at the Best Western Plus on our way to Yellowstone. The location is on a large park and walking distance from the two mineral pools. The bathrooms are newly remodeled and spotless and modern. The property is really great, looks like an old school but is an old apartment building built in the early 1900's. The pool... More
