We had a very relaxing stay. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They gave us great suggestions for hikes and things to see as well. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. We ate there for most of our meals! The room was very clean and warm, but the sleeping situation was a little disappointing. We were in a... More

I booked 3 nights for a business event in the area using booking.com. Paid $350 per night. Check in started at 4 pm but they were not ready yet for me. I was given a terrible room, noisy, small, no light in the area supposed to be used to keep your clothes. And this rate didn't include breakfast either. Other... More

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hotel Terra and we could not have made a better choice. Just a mile from the entry to Teton National Park, it is an exceptional choice for comfort, style, spaciousness, and great food. We dined at Il Villagio Osteria and nearby Spur (twice), both having excellent menus, friendly service, and great cocktails.... More

We stayed at Hotel Terra a week and enjoyed every minute! Loved the room, pool, and area. We booked a suite and used the kitchen every day. This is the first place I have stayed that had two full baths so there could be one for my husband and I and the other for the 2 boys. Also appreciated the... More

Nice rooms. Good view. Great service. Good location. Reasonable rates at peak season. Don't miss out hang gliding / para sailing option that goes up the trolley and gets you down on the field next to the property. The egg salad sandwich at their coffee shop, Spurs is really yummy!

We stayed for 5 nights just after Memorial Day and most of the hotel and Teton Village, too, were quite unbusy because it was so early in the summer season. It was about a 25 minute drive to downtown Jackson (Jackson Hole is the valley; Jackson is the town) and about 20 minutes into the heart of the Grand Teton... More

We have stayed at several ski resort hotels but no hotel compares to Hotel Terra. While the hotel is beautiful, the staff is second to none, no matter the cost. We missed a night of our vacation because of a missed flight connection, Rob Weinstein, the Front Desk Manager, was amazingly nice. He bent over backwards to make sure when... More

Spent 5 nights in a one bedroom suite for an onsite conference. Room was not ready on arrival so they stored bags and we went next door for lunch. Front desk did call my cell phone as promised at around check in time. Typical check in process but the walk to the room was anything but. Required two different elevators... More

We were a group of 6 guys to ski. The service was amazing from the moment we arrived late in the evening and exhausted from traveling all day. The staff checked us into 3 different rooms, the bell hops brought all our bags to the correct rooms and checked our skis to be easily found in the morning. We enjoyed... More

We came to Jackson for a little break, to see the Ai Wei Wei exhibit and wander around, shopping and eating. Ah. Loved staying out at the Village, much quieter than in town, but still easy to drive to our favorite restaurants in Wilson (Nora's) at the Aspens (Sudachi), and town (Jackson Whole Grocers, King Sushi, Bru's Bunnery). This was... More
