Very nicely appointed Lodge with very helpful staff. Top Floor guest room that is warmly decorated with wonderful balcony and view. Meeting Room with excellent "meeting tools" and very good food served buffet style. And when we are done meeting tonight, fresh powder for some and top shelf spa facilities for the rest of us. More

Two weeks are not enough in this establishment. The staff are friendly and couldn't be more obliging no matter the request, and the facilities are just what is required. Recently completed a stay at the hotel between Xmas and New Years. Great value overall with very tasteful, large, and functional rooms. Location is key, being situated very close to lifts. Fantastic staff and location. Had one bedroom suite. Full kitchen awesome view. Very excellent restaurant. Concierge helped arrange activities. We have 9 and 7 year old. Tons to do. Prefer here to downtown Jackson. Lots to do. Stayed 10 days. Will be back!! More

We had booked a junior suite, but when we checked into it, it was shockingly tiny. Perhaps if it was called 'one cramped room with bed, murphy bed, and kitchen", we might have been better prepared for the space.)
