We had a very nice room. It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The cocktails they had each afternoon was lovely. The location was wonderful. What a great view of the Tetons and a short ride to Yelowstone.

Reading reviews from recent travelers I was a bit apprehensive about the hotel stay but I was very pleasantly surprised -- really nice, clean room, clean bathroom, comfy bed, nice reception and great location. We opted for a second night. Definitely a four star hotel, and a five star review from me!

Beautiful resort in a beautiful setting! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and had plenty of room. Pool area was just gorgeous. Kids had a ball and the hot tubs were wonderful for mom. :-) Will definitely stay here again. I did not see anything that I could complain about. May be a tad pricey but... More

This hotel still feels entitled to charge luxury prices and offer budget accommodations and even worse service. The property has completely gone down hill in recent years. $500/night gets you rude service, non working toilets, tv's, and coffee makers. Worse yet, all the way to senior management at their corp office, zero resolution management. Culture of not caring goes to... More

In order to make reservation for my two rooms, I had to prepay. After missing my connection due to weather/cancelled flights to Jackson Hole, I tried to reconcile with hotel. I got zero receptivity.....Not a credit, partial credit, refund, or even an "I'm sorry to hear that". Bottom line, I am out big $ for two rooms and nothing to... More

This was our first trip to the area. Very disappointing. Deluxe room was extremely small. Resort fee was ridiculous. Daily room cleaning also disappointing. Spa not worth the money. Pictures on website misleading. Views of another resort not the mountains.

We booked a 2 night stay (June 21-22). We checked in and discovered a fairly small room with carpet in need of cleaning/replacing. Bathroom was dirty (urine around toilet, empty toilet paper roll on floor, wet box of tissues ). The coffee table was dirty. The bed was the final straw. Mattress topper was too big and caused sheets to constantly come... More

I only stayed one night but it was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and clean with beautiful wood doors and lovely tile in the bathroom. The service at the bar was great - it's very convenient in the lobby. The front desk people are great, especially Ian - he is so helpful and kind. It's so nice to go to... More

You will be charged a 30 dollar resort fee (daily) when you check-in. What do you get? Access to the internet, an appetizer around 4 pm and stale bagels when you checkout early. The husky young chap at the front desk is rude and dismissive. The rooms are significantly outdated. We traveled outside the area for all of our meals... More

I think I have figured out why they charge a $30 "resort" fee. I booked this place instead of four seasons or terra because of the price. But once I figured in the resort fee the prices were comparable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was nice, clean. To help get your money out of the resort... More
