Room was 2 bed residence unit - ok but not as expected for $$$. Updated apparently in past few years but shows some wear. Kitchen most of all needs attention. Service overall was adequate. Valet service was excellent. Good location close to southern entrance to park.

We stayed in a room with a king bed. Bed was very comfortable but room is very small and lacked any type of chair or even a place to plug in the coffee maker. Service was very quick when we needed a light bulb replaced in shower.

Enjoying our stay. We are in nonskiing season. Concierge and bell service is excellent. Pool and hot tub are great atmosphere. Haven't tried spa. Prices a little high. Food is pricy. Village area is pleasant.

The rooms are clean and confortable. The location is ok since in Jackson Hole is very spread out. The service is fine too. They do not offer complimentary breackfast. I was got by surprise when they charged me reservation fee that was not clear during the booking process. They must change it abd be more transparent.
