Nice room , great pool , restaurant and bar on premises !! Only whine was it was a little expensive! Buffet breakfast in restaurant was decent , two for one drink in the bar was a neat + (Yes , I suppose you could get soft drinks) Overall about a 4.8 out of 5! more

I'll stick to the positives and negatives and skip the narrative review: POSITIVES: ~ Walk to the wonderful YMCA, included in your room price ~ Room decor was updated and fresh ~ Like the sink outside the bathroom, but still isolating the sink from the room ~ Relaxing, hot shower with good flow ~ Java 1-cup in-room coffee service was... more

We were winging it around the West and ended up in Sheridan. Best Western is one of my preferred hotels so we called and they had a room. The hotel was ok, verging on good, but it needs a little work to get it up to a 4. The main lobby area looked like it had just been remodeled and... more

WOW....what a great deal..... On our way from Yellowstone National Park to Mt. Rushmore. We needed a room and found this hotel on the Travelocity website. Our room was great. We have a teenager and 2 preteens. You can imagine how pleased we were to find this hotel had a room with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk... more

This is a big mess of a place. It has grown every which way and so their rooms are in goofy locations and nothing is very convenient. Breakfast has all the ambience of an army chow hall. BUT go see King Saddlery in town. It is world class. more

We used this hotel for a combined statewide conference but when we got there, the event coordinator seemed not to have time for us. Our conference was three full days. I stayed 1 1/2 days and didn't see the motel coordinator at all in spite of asking for her several times. The coordinator of the other portion of the conference... more

We stayed at this place 30 years ago and nothing has been done to it since. The food in the restaurant was terrible. Limp salad, tough steaks. Didn't stay for free breakfast. The room had two doors - one opening to an interior hall and the other to parking in back along an alley. We found out the next morning... more

We stayed there 6/25/07 and basicly the place was disappointing even though we had a comfortable king bed in a large room with a vanity separate from the bathroom with the tub/toilet which we like. The down side was that we were on the second floor (no elevator), the A/C was so loud that it kept us awake, we could... more

We stayed at the Sheridan Best Western on September 8, 2006. We were sold the Jacuzzi Suite which came with a bottle of Champagne on a private patio and a free hot breakfast . It sounded pretty good but.............. It turned out the private patio overlooked the alley and was next to the Dairy Queen dumpster. A steady stream of... more

I contacted this guest regaerding their complaint, which was only about train noise, They demanded a full refund due to train noise, something we have no control over. Some train operators stay on the train horn longer than others. My hotel as well as the City and local Chamber of Commerce have tried to get the railroad to limit the...

We stayed 3 nights at this Best Western on a family road trip from NY to Montana. We decided on this location because it was close to Devil's Tower, a reasonable ride to Yellowstone, and my husband was able to go into Billings Montana Friday and Saturday (there were no hotel rooms within 60 miles of Billings that weekend. The... more
