I booked (at 8:30pm the 11th) a room online using Orbitz - when I got to the hotel at 11pmthe same night - no room! However, the desk clerk at another (full) hotel, the Best Western, had a list of hotels that still had rooms - she sent me to the Mill Inn, which is wonderful!! AND, when I called... More

Stayed for a one-nighter passing through Sheridan. This motel is old and tired but the room was clean and tidy. haven't been in a motel that used a "room key" in quite a while. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. Parking spaces were very narrow....parking is door-to-door in the lot. Coffee, microwave, fridge and... More

I wasn't expecting to stay in Sheridan but after a storm hit, I couldn't make it to my hotel in Buffalo. So I called my hotel and they said they had a property in Sheridan also and would give me a great rate. Not only did I get a great rate but also an amazing staff, clean rooms and excellent... More

Fresh blood on the sheets, stinky towels. Tub dirty. Drain clogged. Overall gross. Lighting inconvenient. Chopped up old carpet. I am afraid my daughter and I will get some disease from this place. Is that enough?

The title sums it up. My room probably hadn't been refurbished since the 70's or 80's but it was clean and the staff was friendly. I would echo one of the other reviews in that it met my needs. My only complaint would be that the bulbs in the room must've been 40 watts. The lighting was so dim it... More

Everyone is very nice ... as they take your money. We booked our room using a phone number found on-line. We reserved a room for two nights, two adults and two dogs - the ad states pets are accepted. When we showed up to check-in, that's when we were told there would be a $10 fee per pet per night... More

The young man at the front desk was very nice. Our room was clean and spacious enough for under $80.00. Close to a great restaurant, Wyoming Steak and Chop. This was a good starting point for heading north to the LIttle Big Horn Battlefield, which was what we did the next day.

We had the family unit and it suited our needs. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean and we all slept good. Breakfast area wasn't much. The ice machine was located in the lobby with limited ice. All in all for a good night's sleep it was clean and comfortable.

They charged my card 210 dollars extra for a pet I left at home and a fictitious cigarette I smoked in their room. Needless to say I am disputing the charges. I hope this review costs them much more than the $210 they stole from me!!!!

Pretty consistent with the 000's of our hotels offering a budget service. The reception doubles as a breakfast room but its so small with only room for 2 seats. Room was ok, air con was a bit noisy but other than that you generally get what you pay for.
