This motel is in a shady part of town and has no accomodations for parking a trailer. I also saw evidence of bedbugs. Stay here at your own risk or spend ten dollars more and stay at the Motel 6 up the road. It has new, clean rooms. more
I was trapped in a snow storm the day of my stay at the Alamo. My stay was very enjoyable and comforting. The front desk staff was very nice and polite. The room had a coffee maker so I didn't felt cold so thanks for that Alamo. Next time I'm in Sheridan I'm definitly stay at the Alamo. more
We have just spent one night passing through Sheridan to go to Badlands National Park and Mount Rushmore. The hotel is conveniently located: quiet but near city centre. We had planned a trip to the the Yellowstone area and researched our places to stay through this site (travel advisor). The Alamo was one that was recommended and we made a reservation there. The second day out, we had car trouble in the evening and couldn't get our car looked at until the next day. My husband called and... more
this guest had reservation and want to cancel the reservation about 8:00pm. we explain to guest that our policy is 24 hours and guest got mad and said he will put bad review about our hotel becuase we will not refund his money. it was too late and it was hard for us to sell that room out.
I stopped at the Alamo while on vacation. I found it to be clean and quiet - right downtown. The man who was on duty was friendly and courteous. The price on the room was low and this was everything that I want in a motel when I travel. RECOMMEND. more
