First of all, we stayed in a sheltered tent site for 2 nights. The tent site was fantastic! Grassy and a great shelter, although it would have been nice to have a fire pit. Pool was nice and clean..spa..not so much. It looked like it had not been used or cleaned in a long time. Only 1 bathroom for a... More

We have a 41' motor home with a tow vehicle. The pull through site we were assigned had plenty of room to pull in with room left both in front and back. That was the best part of the stay. From an aesthetic point of view the property has deferred maintenance. Picnic tables are peeling, sites have large rocks in... More

Hubby really liked this place, I was very disappointed. We stayed over here on the 4th of July. I love the town of Sheridan, and was kind of disappointed that they did not run a 4th celebration - but they don't' because the big rodeo is the next weekend always and they save it for then. They did have a... More

Tent sites have covered picnic tables, which was great. Sites are set up on named roads which helps one find one's way. Road noise was not a problem. Bathroom has baby tub but too few utilitarian hooks near sinks and in showers. Also, bathrooms smelled a little funky (sulfur?). Was fairly clean though, and had a kitchen sink behind it... More

We reserved a cabin months in advance, but we would not stay here again. We got there at about 11:00 pm. They left our key at the door and we went in but there was no air conditioning and it was sweltering. My son started having an asthma attack and it miserable. . We requested a cabin by the bathroom,... More

Worst experience we've ever had at a KOA. We asked for a cabin near the bathroom - but had to walk about the equivalent of 3 blocks to get to it. Not exactly ideal for a family with small kids or elderly people. The pool was closed before we got in, and didn't open until noon the next day, so... More

This campground is just off Interstate 90 so is handy for a road trip overnight stop. Well maintained and friendly staff met our needs. Whilst not in our itinerary, the local area is also ideal for those interested in the history of this part of the West.

Stayed for 3 days on our way to Montana. One of the best KOA we've stayed at 8n the past 4 months travelling across the country. Very level and clean spaces, quite, campground very well laid out - not cramped, 0menty of green spaces around cabins, tents, and play areas. Very well maintained and friendly owners. Easy access to interstate... More

We are regular campers at KOA's. Check in was a litany of "don't do this, don't do that," no real welcome. Our campsite had old McDonalds garbage and the grills was filled with old garbage. There were several open sites, but they jammed everyone together. The pool closes at 9 (lots of light in June and still they kick out... More

The lady who checked us in (Cici) was very nice and explained the amenities that were available to us. Unfortunately, the wifi never worked while we were there as she explained that it was down and Tengonet (?) was working on fixing it. The little covered picnic area that comes with your tent site is nice but the road is... More
