This motel was quite clean and the room was a typical motel room except that it offered a very comfortable recliner. The lone staff person was pleasant. The breakfast however was lacking. They advertised a hot breakfast. The scrambled eggs were cardboard pebbles and the sausage wascold and under done. The eggs too were cold. The regular continental breakfast stuff... More

A good clean value for money hotel. Room was adequate, clean, and reasonable furnishings. Moe lamp didn't work. It should be the housekeepers job to make sure all lights work as most hotel rooms are too dark. Good welcome, efficient checking. Breakfast basic but OK.

Just what we expected and needed for a road trip stay. All amenities, spotlessly clean, very quiet. Easy check-in, friendly staff. Good wi-fi, good parking. Breakfast hit the spot. Would stay again, especially for a stopover on a long road trip.

We decided to stay overnight in Sheridan on our way to Yellowstone and booked the Quality Inn. We paid additional price to be sure to have first floor. The hotel is east of town and was in a quiet area so it did serve our purpose. The rooms are small but clean, had a refrigerator and microwave. It would not... More

Attractive, convenient to I-25, and clean but the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming. Room was quiet and well-furnished. Cover was on the indoor spa, which isn't welcoming. Staff recommended several restaurants and the Sheridan Inn was a true delight. Air quality outside the hotel was a bit smoky due to nearly forest fire in the Bighorn... More

We normally stay at Quality Inns when we travel and they are normally very nice. When we checked into this one we asked how the room was and the front desk person said it was the best. The room was on the second floor a long ways from the stairs, not a good start for seniors. The room was very... More

The first surprise was when we received a call from the front desk asking to make sure everything was okay in our room. That was a first. The bottom floor rooms open both to the outside and hall. There are no elevators, but we always ask for a top floor in a quite location. It was quiet even though we... More

Not terribly fancy, but adequate. The room was very clean. The evening clerk must have been having a tough time, but was efficient while curt. Checkout clerk was much happier. Not sure about value. For the same price per night, I had spent a week in Great Falls, Montana at a Staybridge Suites, where we had better quality towels and... More

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room opened onto the parking lot as well as the hallway. First of all the outside door did not lock because of not lifting the handle immediately. It froze on us. A man from the hotel came & fixed that - turned out he was the Manager! The television kept going... More

My wife and I have stayed here nearly every on our annual trip west. We normally stay between June and September. Staff are always friendly and professional. Clean although dated rooms. Good price for the area. Quiet and convenent to interstate as well as town. I woul recommend this place to a friend. In fact, we will be staying there... More
