I only am giving them a one because they have the audacity to charge 25$ extra for a pet even though I already have a service animal with me. I have not been charged more than 10$ for my pet that is undergoing service animal training. Needless to say we looked elsewhere

Pros: Check-in staff was not friendly, nor helpful. Rooms were clean, sufficient. Bathrooms were ok and clean. Cons: Way to far down the road. Difficult in and out parking access. Front desk staff very unfriendly.

We stayed here overnight this past weekend. We had a double queen room, room was very clean, and had plenty of towels in the bathroom. Microwave and small frig in the room too. Air conditioning cooled the room quickly. There is a small supermarket and liquor store next door that is helpful for ice and snacks. It's an older hotel,... More

On our road trip to Pinedale, WY, we arrived around 7pm to be welcomed by a friendly front desk staff member to get checked into our reservation. Staff shared local information that was helpful in making our overnight plans. The best thing about the motel...very clean! Beds were comfortable and our family of five had a great night's sleep.

Clean rooms, super friendly staff and affordable prices. Sort of out of town but right next door to the local liquor and grocery store. Staff always very friendly and were able to suggest great places to eat and fun little shops to find trinkets. Definitely will be a return customer!

This hotel was great for what you pay for it. There is particular special abut the decor and the amenities are sparse but it is clean. The location is okay- it is a little out of town but it is next to the grocery store. The hot pools in town are wonderful. Would stay here again.

We stayed at the Hacienda Motel for 2 nights in August. The room was great, very large and comfortable. The only drawback was that the room had neither a hair dryer nor coffee maker, which is very unusual, in our experience (coffee, regular only, is available at no charge in the lobby). The motel isn’t fancy, but it is comfortable... More

I checked in here because it was the cheapest place in town. $74. Too much if you ask me. The room was clean and the wifi was free. The front desk staff were super helpful and told me about a bunch of restaurants in the area. She even said "oh, honey, you look sunburned. A good soak will take care... More

Quite new, very clean, very friendly staff, large parking lot easily accomodates trailers. Microwave and referidgerator are hidden away behind doors in the entertainment console. Closest restaurant is about a mile awaay but there is a supermarket next door.

We were visiting relatives in western Nebraska and decided to take a day trip into Wyoming. We stayed in Saratoga and the Hacienda was one of a hand full of locally owned motels to choose from. The staff was very nice and helpful. The lady that checked us in was able to provide good advice as to where to go... More
